Most user friendly coding environment
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to use and navigate. I have interviewed with various coding environments but this was much better than the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not disliked the fact that the point system is not intuitive intially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I gave an interview using CodeSignal. It was easy to use and saved me time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that new users spend some time trying out problems on the platform before giving any sort of interviews. It helps to get familiar with the environment before diving into competitive interviews.
CodeSignal is a great tool for coding interview
What do you like best about the product?
It shows your progress in realtime. You can skip questions and come back
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't debug inside it. I wish I could see which test case was failed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for coding interview questions. The benefit is that everyone gets a different question so there is no way to cheat

It's worth trying
The code editor is easy to use and I feel comfortable to write code on it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it set up different levels of challenges. I kind of feel like I'm playing a game, which gives me a sense of achievement. I like the way how questions are grouped into categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the challenges are locked. You have to finish some challenges in order to do other challenges. If feels not so convenient to me. Because sometimes I just want to jump to some higher levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used CodeSignal several times for online assessments from employers. I feel that the problems are focusing on real coding skills. So it's a good test for testing coding skills. Though I don't remember specific problems. The benefits I got from it were making me know what coding skills I lack most.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the question and code display. I thought the point system and breakdown was also interesting and different. I also enjoyed the test cases that were run and how that was displayed
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the color scheme was a little childish. I also thought the questions I was given were on the easier side. Another thing I disliked was the set-up necessary for the eBay coding challenge (ID picture etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was solving problems for eBay's coding challenge. I found that the questions were not extremely challenging but that there were so many to complete in a short time. I did appreciate that for each question, I was aware whether or not I had completed it correctly. I also appreciated the time being displayed as I progressed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not aware of how CodeSignal functions in a business setting.

It was very smooth and also autocomplete feature was impressive. Loved to use it.

Nothing about that. Everything was very good.

Good coding platform! Love the UI and autocomplete feature
What do you like best about the product?
The autocomplete feature in CodeSignal is better than most other online coding platforms. The platform also looks better than leetcode and hacker rank. Also, I can reuse the assessment I completed for different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike was the slightly lack of tutorials for new users (especially if it is their first time to complete an online assessment)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was completing the online assessment for Ebay and Quora. I love the fact that I don't have to do the same assessment twice.

Compare between different platforms, and find the best that suits you.

Testing custom inputs might be a bit annoying sometimes.

I'm solving algorithm-related questions with CodeSignal to prepare for job interviews. The process really benefits my problem-solving skills.
Excellent coding platform
What do you like best about the product?
The coding platform and intellisense were really nice. Also companies can judge using the scores we get on codesignal. As a result we need not give the exam again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to participate in a tournament but was not able to do, maybe due to a bug in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coding problems. Getting noticed by companies is one of the benefits

The type of question present in the coding challenges were different and unique. Usually the solution to questions will be available online but this was not the case for Codesignal questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing in particular to dislike. But I think the transparency of the assessment at the end of test could be improved.

I'm currently not using Codesignal or any other coding platform.
