Nice experience
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about code signal is the way it is proctored. It really helps in making the hiring process fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it is proctored. There can be some improvements in the way the monitoring is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the test of Quora on CodeSignal. I realized that the score generated at the end is really useful for validating once coding practice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a nice tool one can use.
It was very easy to navigate

I like the fact I could actually see the amount of time that I spent on each equation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some of the questions were vague and took me some time to understand what was happening.

Some of the problems were data structures.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and responsive UI. Easiliy navigate between different questions help me solve questions beautifully. Quality of questions was good.

Nothing is there dislike about the platform but there should be more practice questions. So that one can practice question from every domain.

I was solving the questions of Quora hiring challenge. By solving these questions I got to know how much I have improve. So that I can solve questions quickly.

User Interface and User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the code syntactical highlighting, the test input, and test console output. The themes are also very beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the UI for when you have to make a change in code that already exists. It was kind of distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving computer science algorithmic questions with CodeSignal. I have realized how much nicer CodeSignal is for this type of work versus a normal text editor like Google docs or Microsoft Word online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very beautiful to look at and use, please consider using CodeSignal over other products in the same space.
Sample Test Cases are Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I really like is the variety in the Sample test cases. A lot of sample test cases which includes edge cases helps to write a correct solution in One Attempt. This actually helped me in making sure to consider each and every case while writing the code for a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that I didn't like is running time of my code. Sometimes it took a bit too long to run even for C++.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved questions for Quora's Intern and new grad hiring challenge. Questions on Codesignal are very generic in terms of data structure and algorithm which helps in focusing more on problem rather than the story behind it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to solve as much basic problems of each data structure first rather than solving hard problems of one data structure. Getting an understanding of the basics can lead to a solution after some time, But without knowing the basics its impossible to solve the problem, which can be a big negative.
A great product for practice as well as for recruitment but still a few things to be fixed
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the set of questions on the codesignal platform for practice. Also, the testing interface was quite reliable and friendly. Supports a good set of languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen several people mentioning the randomness in the assessment test. Though I got a Level 10 score, but it is a good idea if Codesignal ensures that the random assessment test generation is of similar difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the assessment test and a few company specific problems. The test report can be quite useful as a profile builder. Also practice questions help in preparing for interviews.

A great product for having company specific challenges and for tech recruitment if you focus on problem solving.

I have taken an assessment
A smooth, enjoyable experience that gave a natural feel to online testing.
What do you like best about the product?
There were no technical hiccups whatsoever on the platform, and all of the questions were worded clearly allowing for the most efficient use of time. The online IDE performed well, and there was a great programming language selection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had negative experiences with badly worded on unreasonable problems. I also feel that the difficulty of problems should be more clear and more consistently rated.

Using code signal benefitted me through helping my algorithmic problem-solving skills, as well as being a platform where I could show my knowledge of the subject in a respected, vetted way.
