A great way to improve your programming knowledge on daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the CodeSignal - it is involving and competitive. The platform does not only requires you to provide the correct solution for a programming problem, but it also pushes you to find the best/shortest solution by looking at the results/solutions of other programmers. Furthermore, the amount of available programming languages to use is more than you need, trust me.
What do you dislike about the product?
CodeSignal uses the concept of evaluating the best solution by its code length, which is not always the way to go, in my opinion. By adding more criterias to the evaluation, for instance, algorithm complexity/efficiency (e.g., Big-O), calculation time, would improve the daily challenges experience a lot. Also I really miss some kind of sandbox-like console window or editor in order to quickly test out a short piece of code or algorithm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, I start my day by opening the CodeSignal and solving the daily challenge. It let's me jump into the day more easily by having a little warm up for my brain and logical thinking which helps me to resolve more complicated tasks throughout the rest of the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give this platform a try. Its UI is really beautiful, problems are involving, also, the ability to prepare for the job interviews as well as to solve the real problems from the biggest and the most popular IT companies around the globe is more than enough in order to improve or just renew your knowledge.
One of the best platform by which i learned a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing i found here, is the minimum character count based ranking and that helped me to learn too much about JavaScript.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside i found is why you guys have disabled the copy paste option there?, i don't know the reason :(.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really love to work in this tournaments and daily challenges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add more advanced questions in daily challenges. Some times the questions are seems to be repeating.
Best website to build up a coding habit
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Arcade mode where you can learn and practice coding in your favorite programming language every day and turn it into a habit. I even could get my girlfriend interested in programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few exercises at the higher levels of the Arcade mode sometimes have an unclear task description. Also some test cases don't match with the description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started to write programs in Python for my real job, although the job actually is completely unrelated to coding. The coding skills that I learnt with CodeSignal have really helped me to "automate the boring stuff" and get my work done more quickly. It's a great place to see how other people solve problems and learn from them.

Best platform for learning programming and problem solving
What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about CodeSignal is company challenges section, it's practice you on real problem from big companies, Also i liked the challenges it makes one always in competition and wants to win.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing is bad, just challenges section sometimes all problems are easy which makes all have high score and sometimes problems are repeated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving all types, Solving problems on CodeSignal makes me more smarter and more capable of solving hard problems quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
T-shirts of CodeSignal, I want to be able to buy a CodeSignal t-shirt from my coins.
Great resource for online coding practice
What do you like best about the product?
Arguably the best online IDE of all the interview prep resources. It doesn't get in your way, it works the way a normal editor works (ie, it doesn't mess up the indents every single time - looking at you LeetCode). The layout is also very intuitive, easy to understand and doesn't distract you (as compared to something like HackerRank for example).
The interview practice is a fun way to tackle coding problems, and so are the company challenges. The tournament feature is really fun when you compete with other people around the world as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Back when it was still called CodeFights, it had a feature to go head-to-head against bots and other users which was a really fun way to test your skills and see how you stack up against other people from around the world (especially when it came to the 'free coding' tasks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CodeSignal succeeds in making coding practice fun. I can spend hours just going through the Arcade mode or the Company Challenges and not feel like I'm doing something monotonous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CodeSignal has recently taking a turn towards focusing more on interview preparation and actually integrating with companies which I think is a good way to tap into the online community using the site. Even if you aren't looking for a job, it's just a fun way to go through the challenges.
Great UX
What do you like best about the product?
It actually feels very fluent using Codesignal. The UX is perfect and the challenges are pretty great for their given level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no newbie-friendly intro. The platform can not really be used to start as a coder. It does not have the tutorialish / educational touch to it but rather challenges for you to learn new things through googling on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know JS pretty well but I started coding on CodeSignal to learn Java as I managed to land a job that needs it and I have no prior experience with it. It actually helps me shift to thinking in Java rather than Javascript pretty damn well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you understand the basics of coding before entering the world of CodeSignal.
amazing platform and it gives varying questions
What do you like best about the product?
the way UI is designed and challenges are designed to move ahead after solving previous questions. Specially graph questions rare to find.
Also the game way of solving the questions. Completely job interview oriented so it helps more.
Also the game way of solving the questions. Completely job interview oriented so it helps more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. But will suggest an addition. I hope it's already in place if not then topic wise questions may be 15-20 each. like for Tree, Dynamic programming, linked lists and likewise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot mostly graphs, arrays, lists, string manipulations and many more. yes, methods to solve them and ways to improve the time complexity.
Also learned Bit manipulation.

just solve questions here, you will enjoy a lot.
Perfect interview practice
What do you like best about the product?
Codesignal offers a variety of coding problems and is the perfect tool for software interview practice. It makes studying fun and provides a very nice platform for coding practice. I like the ability to see other peoples code as it allows me to learn alternative methods and coding styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more Medium type problems as most categories have a variety of easy problems and some hard ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it for software engineering interview practice
Good place to practice programming and solving problems
What do you like best about the product?
I love arcade, tournament sections and many more on CodeSignal, I think it's a good idea that CodeSignal should organize more contest like CodeForces, HackerEarth, etc...to find the talented people.
What do you dislike about the product?
In tournament and challenge sections, many problems are being repeated many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually solve problems with JavaScript, it helps me learn how to think step-by-step.
Best resource to learn and enhance your coding skills
What do you like best about the product?
Codesignal provides various types of coding problems for e.g. bug fix, missing code & problem solving. All these different types of questions helps an individual in enhancing coding knowledge. The variety of problems which are provided by codesignal is also nice. I'd love to learn new things from this platform and looking forward to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the tournament the questions are repeated frequently, this should be taken into consideration. I guess by reducing the frequency of repetition of any question it makes the competition fare among all the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in solving the problem in a specified time. This has improved my ability to solve problems quickly.
