Clean IDE and Reasonable Questions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automatic feedback on coding questions, as well as the ability to reuse assessments for other employers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to complain about. The IDE is intuitive, and the problems are reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Codesignal drastically streamlines the recruiting process for students by allowing them to submit the same test, proctored or unproctered, to multiple employers.

there is not anything much to dislike. just some bugs regarding the hidden test cases.

The platform and the autocomplete features are great! The questions are well written and examples are characteristic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to wait 14 days until the next test. And the result of one exam will be sent to multiple companies.

For coding interview as a software engineer intern.

Not much to be honest. I don't quite like the user interface design, but that's about it.

CodeSignal OA Experience
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal's interface is very nice, offering code completion, easy testing, and offering variable time limits for each language. There's also lots of training material.
What do you dislike about the product?
Codesignal's test-running time is a bit slow, and the system of tossing out future tests if one TLE's is a definite negative, especially when it's so hard to predict runtimes on the spot in an interview setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving interview problems. Don't really have a choice, I guess, because this is a step in interviews. The system of only having to take it once every two weeks is pretty nice, though, although I wish I could retake for bad OAs.
Good platform for reviewing data structures and algorithms
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive. The practice general coding assessment has varieties of problems. The first two problems might be repetitive, but the third and fourth ones have lots of different kinds of problems for you to try.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autocomplete often doesn't work very well. Practice general coding assessment doesn't have answer key so you might have to look on other platforms for that, like Leetcode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I received CodeSignal general coding assessment (gca) for internships. First, I wouldn't say I liked it because it seemed too complicated. However, after 2 attempts, I realized that the gca is standardized. That means everyone received the same kind of tests, and they allow you to share test scores for multiple companies. That is a good thing because if you do well one time, you can send it to multiple companies instead of doing it again and again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CodeSignal is a good platform for technical skills screening. Its General Coding Assignment can actually be solved in the allotted time if the participant is smart and work hard enough.

Intuitive and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can give an online assessment test and reuse its score for other companies. I write code in Java, and I really like the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I gave one assessment, and the only thing I disliked was how it asked for feedback after the assessment. I had to reload each page for a single question of feedback. I would have liked mcq type feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit, as I mentioned above, is the ability to report previous good scores for a new online assessment. This helps save time, gives more chances to score better, and can show the actual level of a person's coding removing the 'bad day' variable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really good to use. Go for it.

Ui is beautiful and customizable. Especially text editor.

Colors could be a little darker / night mode.

I did an interview for a company. Benefits are that you don't have to hire an interviewer, everything is automated.
