Good interface with scoring system
What do you like best about the product?
The theme design of the platform, the interface of the application no confusion is navigating through the site everything was clear and crystal i would recommend it anyday for interface reference and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would great if you could provide more elaborative error description some times the auto compelte fails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to show your coding skills with the recruiter as the scorebis a combination of both speed and accurancy along with the insights if the different components explained.
Amazing! Easy and Simple to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like an actual IDE. Sometimes when I take coding assessments, I am given a minimal functionality IDE, which provides very little support. When I used Hackerrank, I felt as if I was intentionally disadvantaged to make the task more difficult. Coding assessments should be about your ability to code in an environment similar to what you would see in the workplace, and that's what CodeSignal is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the code compiled and ran a little bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used CodeSignal as an individual applicant
Nice Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform works very well in peer programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is excellent at CodeSignal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resursive questions and BFS questions.
Inconsistent Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can reuse my results for different companies. I also like how the types of problems from assessment to assessment are very consistent. These features make the service enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how the problem difficulty can be highly inconsistent. I have taken a few code signals and had an extensive range of results without much difference in preparation. Having inconsistent results without a change in procedure is indicative of bad design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an end-user, so I would not say that CodeSignal is solving many problems for me. It saves a little bit of time by not having to take multiple assessments for multiple companies, but that is it.
Clean and ease to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dark mode was perfect for visualizing. Easy to see the question any time you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load time of pages is taking a lot of time. eg, the solutions page etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to prepare for interviews. Good collection of data structures and algorithm problems.
Simple and easy
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal felt familiar from the launch. It works just like most any other IDE out there. Executing code, debugging, logging out results was simple. The stability and ease of collaboration made it stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a short 5-minute training on the application that would take place before the interview started. It would make the interviewee feel more comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my interview process, I was solving conceptual code challenge style problems. The benefits came when the interviewer and I could collaborate on the issue at hand.
The questions are terrible especially for the amount of time. its a game of chance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is comfortable to use and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions are random, so I see Codesignal as a game of chance most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving questions for SWE internships. Not much benefit except coding experience.
Not the best way to evaluate candidates. Speed is not important in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The questions were generally interesting, however sometimes hard to read
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bad descriptions of questions and timing is unnecesary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It had assisted me in getting interviews and jobs such as an offer at ebay.
experience is good. Video quality and everything
What do you like best about the product?
The editor is awesome. There are every possible languages to write code. The audio and video quality is also good. No lag is observed during interview. Good experience in total.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duration can be shown. Noice cancellation feature can be added. Audio and video quality may improve. As a user I do not know, whether interview is ongoing or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I participated an interview
It was a great experience and would explore more
What do you like best about the product?
The best is how a server could work for a two people using a using a same compiler to code , It is great where i didn't seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well !! I think for my interview process i have used codesignal for coding , so at present I don't have any obstacles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my technical interview I used codesignal for a coding part where we get a compiler and interviewer and me can use a same compiler where he can see what i am typing. I realized how this works and how could a server manage all these.
