What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CodeSignal is its extensive library of coding challenges that cover various languages and difficulty levels, providing a versatile assessment tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging about CodeSignal is the learning curve for customizing and creating new assessments, which may require some time and effort to fully master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
odeSignal solves the problem of efficiently assessing coding skills during the hiring process by providing a comprehensive platform with a vast library of coding challenges and advanced scoring mechanisms, saving time and resources in candidate evaluation. The platform's features benefit me by streamlining the assessment process, allowing for a more accurate evaluation of candidates' coding abilities, and helping me identify top talent effectively, ultimately aiding in making confident hiring decisions
standardized skill-based assessments quite focused on quality
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers an impressive code pair feature that fosters collaboration, encourages the implementation of diverse boundary conditions, and provides a scoring system that rewards well-written programs, making achieving a high score with poorly written code challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a seamless experience without any notable issues or downsides, even compared to platforms claiming additional advantages, so no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A couple of things :
1. Convenience: eliminate the need for in-person evaluations, allowing candidates to participate anywhere in the world.
2. Time and Cost Efficiency: save time and reduce costs compared to traditional evaluation methods.
3. Skill-Based Assessments: practical & skill-based assessments rather than relying solely on theoretical knowledge. They provide hands-on coding challenges, problem-solving exercises, and real-world scenarios, allowing candidates to demonstrate their abilities effectively.

I had given one of interview in code signal. It was one of the best coding screening website I had seen so far
The UX and design was intuitive and easy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the assessments are presented in CodeSignal. It's very clear what you need to do and how much time you have to do them. It seems more responsive than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I believe can be improved is to move to submit and test buttons from each other. I almost accidentally pressed submit, although there is no issue because I could re-submit without limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an applicant CodeSignal's goal of qualifying candidates through assessment rather than status and experience is assuring. I believe there are many people who have the skills but not resume to show for it.
A comprehensive tool for interviews
What do you like best about the product?
The tool interface is good and is intuitive enough for candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard should be detachable so that people can switch between code and whiteboard by keyboard shortcuts instead of manually clicking.

CodeSignal provides a single platform for a comprehensive interview experience. This leads to more efficient interviews.
Rational opinion on code signal assesments.

The platform UI is good, and the ideology of sending the score for future exams is great, and multiple companies' OAs on the same platform make it more wonderful. Auto suggestion are also good.

The number of questions in the given time is too hard. Answering four questions in the given time is a bit of a high expectation.
