The interface is really really awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the code editor and just the general UI/UX on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to not like. The developers did a terrific job with this product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate coding assessments.
Nice and friendly platform to improve your coding skills
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal has a lot of coding problems that you can use to improve your general programming abilities or prepare for a coding interview. In addition, different types of problems and a nice built-in IDE motivates the learner. There is also a "Tournaments" section, where a short 10-minute tournament happens every 20 minutes with four random problems from the archive, which is very fun, especially when competing with friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really fewer things to dislike about CodeSignal, but one thing is very sad about it: it does not work well on mobile! Sometimes I want to accept friend requests or just look up a problem, but I always need to switch to "desktop version" in the browser to get it working. I hope it will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I challenged myself and tried to solve 80% of the interview preparation problems in a very short time. It was tough, but I managed it. It has got both classical problems and original problems from various companies' interviews to prepare well. The prompt also shows the time you spent on a problem, which is a cool feature that motivates you.
The questions were related and the interface was easy to use. Also, it can detect plagiriasm
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the questions, detecting plagiriasm. Detecting plagiarism is the most essential part. Also, questions a re clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it in any way but the questions might be harder because even though I solved all of them, i got rejected. I think they might be more selective questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the general asessment for my job application. I got high points. I got rejected, i don't know why but my overwall experience was good. I learnt that i can solve multiple coding questions in a limited time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may add more creative questions to general assessments.
Acceptable questions, but unclear instructions
What do you like best about the product?
I thought the questions were of acceptable quality, and the time limit was also reasonable. There were no errors with the platform either.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that your score is based on time left was not explained anywhere, and this method of scoring encourages sloppy work. The difficulty of the questions seemed completely random after taking it twice, and the instructions never clearly stated the submit button could be used infinitely. The first time I took it I was too scared to submit and check if my code was good since I thought it was final.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, CodeSignal helps hiring companies understand my coding skills. I have received interview opportunities after these challenges.
CodeSignal, a very good tool for coding assessments
What do you like best about the product?
The online editor is excelent, it allows you to fix on the fly misspelling or typo errors.
You can test your code with a reduced data set without cost, so it gives you confidence about your solution befor submitting.
The problems presented to me have a good and increasingly difficulty, and the time for solving them was good.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a debugger, but it is no fully necessary because you can print and see the output for the examples datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CodeSignal allows me to practice programming excercises for interviews, and in particular allows me to do a controlloded exam for applying to a job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember if you want to debug, you can print ;)
I forgot and cost me time.

Nice and simple way to test coding skills
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I think that the assessment offers a quick way to evaluate a candidate's performance and coding skills. The overall problems were quite nice and there was a nice progression in difficulty from easy to hard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes the variation in difficulty between different assessments can be quite a bit. Some assessments have slightly easier problems overall as compared to some other assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to assess coding abilities of programmers which is helpful for the recruiters.
CodeSignal is a great platform for practicing
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal is super helpful in practicing data structures and algorithms. I really like how the problems are designed and they are very alike to what I've seen in real interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
CodeSignal test cases may not cover all corner cases and will be great if CodeSignal can improve the test cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly practiced data structure and algorithm using CodeSignal by solving the problems in Java. This help me better prepared for the real interview.
Awesome and smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
The instructions were clear and the process was very smooth. I knew exactly what I needed to do as soon as the timer started counting down. I really liked the testing system which was fast (almost instant feedback so no time wasted)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've read reviews online where the assessment questions can vary a lot in difficulty so that was a little stressful before starting the session. However, I personally had a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see CodeSign helping companies get an initial assessment of their candidates and give the candidates the flexibility of taking the assessment whenever they want.
