What do you like best about the product?
The online environment and the coding questions provided by the site. The IDE was wonderful and easy to work with. Tests ran quickly and you got feedback quickly. The site also has very many questions making it easy to prepare for coding interviews.
The arcade questions made problem solving fun game like and progressive. This made the process encouraging and gave me motivation to solve more problems and clear the 'levels'.
They have a variety of questions with different levels of difficulty which is important as it enables you to gauge your progress and growth when it comes to solving complex questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they had more questions in the practice tests they got repetitive quickly and the practice test scores became less relevant as you kept practicing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing for coding interviews. using the site increased my problem solving capabilities and speed. Helped my visualize solutions quickly and also made me code more efficiently considering time and memory constraints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a wonderful site to help programmers develop their analytical and problem solving skills. The site will also help you write code which runs quickly and runs efficiently. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who would like to practice for coding interviews as well as people who want to sharpen their coding skills in various languages.

Support for editor features could be better. I'd still prefer using vi, emacs etc.

Remote interviews, especially during covid-19 times are very challenging. CodeSignal is making that easier.

The notepad can be improved, one time I was interviewing with Uber and the notepad crashed.

I liked the coding environment, it's easily understandable and we can code in any programming language we need and questions are challenging, like they will code in thier own logic and ask us to fill certain bit of code which gives us more challenging experience and we can improve our skills by doing so

I didn't like the way submit works, because when I was interviewed I thought interviewer watching the code I just coded and i am waiting for interviewer to watch my code and I didn't knew that only if we submit they will knew that we completed coding. It could have been better that everyone can easily understand the usability

I am doing algorithms, data structures and difficulty level questions. My understanding is improved and my coding level was improved
Great for conducting interview assignments
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI of the platform and how the platform can be used to conduct the interview assignment. I gave one interview assignment of crossover on the platform and the entire process was very smooth. Apart for this the platform also contains a good list of practice questions and also has an interview practice mode. The badges looks cool on the website and the skills, country logo on the profile is awesome. The message of "x more XP Points for next level" motivates me to solve more problems on the platform. The leaders section on the website to show my ranking and a good amount of filter by country etc helps me to get a better insights of my raking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process takes a big of time. If that can be decreased then it will be better. The Profile page can be improved a bit more. I will also suggest that the platform should show some skills charts something like that so that the user can showcase his/her best skills on the platform. The platform should have an ability to connect different social media accounts like Facebook, Google, Twitter etc so that the fake profiles can be prevented on the platform,

I solved one interview assignment problem and the entire process was awesome. The platform also helps me by giving a huge list of questions to practice and keep giving badges as I solve problems over the platform.

Coding Environment is really good. Coding was really smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just felt that after solving 3 questions with all the test cases and last question with only 2 test cases remaining, the score I got was less. May be you can use more better algorithms to produce scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used CodeSignal for giving tests for Data structure related questions. Coding was quite smooth and helped me understand problems nicely.
Promising Tool with Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We love the personalized customer service and CodeSignal's commitment to product development based on client feedback. We really value that all candidates have the same assessment experience and that we can use data to identify the strongest candidates to interview, thus saving hundreds of hours of our engineer's time.
What do you dislike about the product?
CodeSignal integrates with our ATS at a very basic level, especially for interviews. We dislike having to search a candidate's name in the CodeSignal platform vs. being able to see more CodeSignal data in the candidate's ATS profile. For interviews, the user interface for finding & selecting tasks from the library can be challenging for new users. The self-reporting features could be improved, however the customer service team is always able to help us with reports we can't pull ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using CodeSignal for both pre-interview assessments and interviews has helped us scale and mature our engineering interview process. CodeSignal has really helped to standardize the initial candidate experience, centralize our company's technical interview questions, and provide a secure data point for later reference on each candidate's technical ability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to customize all template language for the customized tests. Train all interviewers on how to access the interview portal to avoid repetitive troubleshooting.
