Coder friendly environment
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to adapt to and the testing environment is great and reliable too. It's easy to read through things unlike some other interfaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I guess running of code could be faster but it's not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interviewing - takes no time to start with a question as an interviewee and makes life easier and quick for interviewer
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal is very easy to use and helped me a lot with preparing for my analytics test.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of free exercises available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't encounter any major problems. Everything was simple and easy to read - which is very important while doing an analytics test.
I like codesignal a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the design and gamification of platform. I have actually learnt stuff about Python by going through arcade. Codesignal for me is a place that you can go and have a nice time while learning something and setting up your mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think there could be arcades relied not on a specific language but a tool, its probably hard to create problems with right answers for stuff like Kubernetes or Docker, but you could give a shot) because at some point daily challenges become monotone. And there are sometimes very disappointing best solutions that are hardcoded in a way to be short (like not defining a function, but getting variables form namespace) , this maybe Python specific, but you could have a better way than just length of chars in solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When i come to work and i need to get in a better mindset, codesignal is a nice 'bridge'. I think i got somewhat more confident in my codewriting skills.
One of the best platforms for coding tests and interview prep
What do you like best about the product?
The most I like is its game-like interface that walks you through coding interviews by resolving easy yet relevant problems. The reward system keeps me motivated and makes me feel like I'm making a real progress and at the same time I can compare my self with my friends. Some problems give the chance to the interviewee to explain their thought in a structured way and get to better solutions. I consider very useful the test cases in every problem since it is a good way to notice bugs and failures. Codesignal is quite a useful and intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think CodeSignal could be better if it had official tutorials/guides to understand better the interview process as well as some tips on softskills and another topics to learn how to do well on interviews beyond coding. I think it would be better if the IDE provided some additional feedback or stats about the problems when it's solved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to understand better the Python programming language and how to communicate my ideas when coding in an interview. By using Codesignal I learnt how to get to solutions by making iterative improvements to my code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeps practicing in CodeSignal and complementing with books and tutorials.
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Code AutoComplete was good and really helped me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It was all good. It seems perfect to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto complete feature helped to write the code faster.
A very convenient coding platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user experience of the platform as a whole. It was very easy to use and never lagged anytime. The test was pretty smooth because of the clutter-less UI. The editor, was one of the best I've ever used during the last 5 years of active coding. The test case execution also felt very efficient, along with the timer. Would refer to friends!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not much dislike as I had a great experience. If I had to choose, I would choose an option for support of a bit more programming languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a web developer and a competetive coder and hecne found codesignal a good asset to practice my skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth checking out
It was a hassle-free experience for me. I would really recommend it.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface provided by CodeSignal was pretty awesome and anybody can easily adopt the platform. There were many functionalities like code indentation, support for multiple languages which made more easy for people to code on language by their on interest. Running test cases on a single click was pretty awesome. I was also able to write my custom test cases to ensure the robustness of code.
I was notified when 5 min. was remaining which helped to quickly review my code to ensure everything is correct.

What do you dislike about the product?
Few companies have collaborated with Code signal.
There wasn't any autocomplete feature in the code which makes little difficult for users who are used to IDs.
There was no AI implemented in Video proctoring to ensure a fair test environment for everyone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I gave many programming tests of various companies on CodeSignal. Because of its collaboration with various organizations. It was really easy for me to concentrate on Problem statements without even thinking about the platform. I was easily able to navigate between questions without worrying about saving the code. I was also able to write my custom test cases to ensure the robustness of code and also notified when 5 min. was remaining which helped to quickly review my code to ensure everything is correct.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Collaborate with more organizations so that people will have one uniform platform.
There should be autocomplete feature in the code which will help users to focus on business logic rather than language syntax nuances.
There should be AI implemented in Video proctoring to ensure a fair test environment for everyone.
All the test cases should be shown so that the user can see on which test case his code is not working.

Decent experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and navigate between the questions. Easily accessible the choice of languages to pick from. Autocomplete feature (if allowed by the interviewing company) is also very handy. Overall, very decent and positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Overall it was positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I have been solving algorithms and data structures questions. The benefits I realized is that it supports multiple languages. It also provides feedback right away at the end of the assessment. It shows you the percentage of your performance at the end.
Convenient Place for One Coding Challenge for all Companies
What do you like best about the product?
One coding challenge for all companies is very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions are sometimes random and unfair for different people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recruiting is made a bit easier
Code test quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Code signal works better than most online code tests I've used in the past. It has the handy ability to switch to different programming languages. It also has the capability to take a single generic code test and send that to any employer who asks for it. This keeps me from continually submitting endless coding tests for prescreening technical interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not completely easy to test solutions all the time, and the interface can be confusing for first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Codesignal has been used by me to take several pre-screening technical CS interviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Code signal is used to automate technical pre-screening, but it should not be used as the only judgement.
