Qualifire enabled us to close 3 deals we would have missed

What do you like best about the product?
It changed our whole inbound process - the lead scoring is amazing, and the routing helped us to close deals we definatley would have otherwised missed.
The setup was easy and really fast - took us an hour.
We didn't need any dev for the integration, our SDR integrated qualifire herself.
We use it everyday for all of our inbound leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now they only support calendly, but since we use it it is fine for us.
We did contact their supprot team for a few questions, and they always responded quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was with inbound leads - our process for understadning the value of the leads and scheduling the first calls was not efficient. We knew we were missing out on deals.
Wiht Qualifire - each lead is scored according to our internal logic, and is immediaetly routed to the most relevant account manager .
Our hottest leads get VIP treatment and are fast tracked across our sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Qualifire was very easy to setup and implement. We had a use case where we wanted to automate the booking of qualified leads and once we had decided on Qualifire, we were setup within an hour. We shared a few product suggestions to the team and they were able to implement within a few weeks as well. Our leads began booking meetings from inbounds at a higher rate and we decreased the time we spent chasing leads via email to book. Overall great ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we change about Qualifire if we could would be to have options for the booking tool you can use with it. Qualifire supports Calendly scheduling, which our company utilizes but specifically my team uses Hubspot booking. It wasn't a huge inconvenience to have to setup Calendly links, but using our exisiting links wouls have been preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualifire is automating the qualification of inbound leads, lead routing them to the proper team member, and offering an instant booking page to eliminate the need to schedule via email with a prospect. This point of submission booking brings value to our customers by allowing them to schedule with us the instant they are most interested in our product (the point of inbound submission) and benefits my team by decreasing the time needed to book inbounds, while also increasing the level of information we would get from prospects compared to our old inbound submission workflow.
