What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne Has Transformed Our IT Operations

After years of struggling with the limitations and headaches of platforms like Kaseya and Datto, transitioning to NinjaOne has been nothing short of transformative. From day one, the difference was clear—billing is transparent, support is fast and helpful, and the overall performance of the platform is fast and reliable.

Where we once spent countless hours troubleshooting and chasing down issues, NinjaOne has brought simplicity and efficiency to the forefront. Its network scanning tools quickly discover endpoints, seamlessly adopt them, and install agents with minimal effort. The entire workflow feels streamlined, allowing us to focus on what matters most—supporting our clients.

The platform’s intuitive multi-factor authentication process is another standout. It's secure and user-friendly, reducing the need for repeated support calls or workarounds.

Equally impressive are the patch management and backup capabilities. With support for both cloud and local backups, NinjaOne has allowed us to consolidate several tools into a single, unified system. Managing backups and patches is no longer a burden—it’s now fast, reliable, and easy.

In short, NinjaOne has exceeded our expectations across the board. It's a modern, efficient, and powerful solution that’s made a measurable impact on our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizational management could be a little easier to use. For remote desktop access we use a lot of Linux machines and after a year of asking, still, the current version only supports Windows, forcing us to use Wine or in some cases Windows VM's to assist. A native client is essential.

My associates dislike NinjaOne as not using Kaseya gives me more time to walk around and help other people with their issues instead of crushing my stress cow and yelling at my monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great feature of NinjaOne is the feature request as part of their roadmap. We need a Linux client, it's now on the roadmap. We needed a desktop preview/thumbnail feature, it's on the roadmap.

Developers and teams that actually listen to their customers. Microsoft has no idea what that last sentence means.
