Ninja One - Great Experience All Around!

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been an awesome tool for our department. We are now able to be more proactive and responsive to issues and updates with Ninja One in our tool belt. It was easy to implement across our facility. I like the transparency of the road map and improvements that are always on the horizon. I like that i can get into ninja and be able to review so much information in one location. Ninja manages our windows updates and notifies us of issues such as low disk space and software updates. We have created some of our own scripts to launch with the ninja platform as well. We have not used support much, but when we have, they have been very responsive and helpful. Our account represntative is also responsive and keeps in touch to keep us up to date on Ninja One.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say install is the hardest part of ninja and ensuring it is deployed on every needed device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a smaller IT department in a growing facility. It was once difficult to manage all of the devices we had, but with the growth we have expereinced in devices, it would now be impossible without Ninja One. This has been a welcome addition to our toolset.
