User-Friendly, Accurate, and Seamlessly Integrates with Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand. I really enjoy the AI feature; it adds meaningful value to our workflow. Compared to other platforms, we're able to generate information that's 85% more accurate and aligned with what we're looking for. We can also integrate hireEz with the other sites we use, which makes data transfer and comparison much easier. The process organization is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data accuracy isn't always reliable. At times, we receive contact information for a relative instead of the intended person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually searching for a person's contact information can be time-consuming. With hireEz, we're able to find contact details much faster, which saves valuable time and improves our sourcing efficiency. We also use the platform for salary analysis, which helps accelerate our research and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I find hireEZ incredibly valuable for its strategic data insights and the access it provides to a passive candidate database, allowing me to effectively recruit clinicians. The platform is feature-packed, which enhances its usability. I particularly appreciate the agentic AI, which significantly accelerates the recruiting process by quickly screening candidates, hence making my recruitment efforts more efficient. Additionally, the talent insights feature is outstanding, enabling me to engage in strategic sourcing and make data-driven decisions. The initial setup of hireEZ was straightforward and hassle-free, which was a great start. Overall, I am very impressed with hireEZ, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I appreciate hireEZ for making it easy to create campaigns and effectively reach out to many candidates, which significantly enhances my recruiting efforts. The multi-channel outreach capability allows me to contact candidates through various platforms, ensuring broader communication reach. Additionally, the candidate info lookup feature is invaluable as it simplifies the often challenging task of finding contact information, making it easier to connect with suitable candidates. Desmond H helped us with a last minute request for a Landing Page and I was so appreciative of all the direct support. He is amazing to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
As a recruiter, I truly appreciate how easy HireEZ is to use. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to navigate it confidently from day one. Its smart filters and automation save me time and reduce manual work. It’s become a go-to tool in my daily workflow, helping me stay efficient and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoy using HireEZ, one area for improvement is the occasional inconsistency in candidate contact information. Sometimes emails or phone numbers are outdated, which can slow down outreach efforts. It’s not a dealbreaker, but keeping that data more current would make the platform even more effective.

HireEZ has solved several key challenges in my recruiting role. It helps me quickly find qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles, especially in niche markets. The automation features save me time on outreach and follow-ups, while the intuitive interface makes daily tasks easier. Sourcing Top Candidates
What do you like best about the product?
I like HireEZ as it can show candidates based on my criteria and narrow my sourcing with the best list. I can easily get contact information because I can access it there. Also, it has a new feature which is their AI bot and SmartHireEZ that suggest qualified candidates which I skipped from my sourcing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact information sometimes show inaccurate email addresses and phone numbers. I am not sure how it works but I would suggest their team should check its reliability on the suggested contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems such as narrowing my search based on my criteria and suggested contact information can really helped a lot. And I received several feedbacks from my initial reachouts using HireEZ especially the AI automated messages is awesome!
Efficient, Scalable Sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
HireEZ makes outbound sourcing faster, more targeted, and easier to scale. It lets us go beyond LinkedIn’s 3rd-degree limits and access rich candidate profiles across multiple public platforms. The email sequencing feature is a big win — we can engage passive candidates with personalized messages, send emails on behalf of hiring managers, and track engagement directly in the platform. It’s also incredibly easy to train new recruiters on, which speeds up onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign management could be more user-friendly. When running multiple roles, making bulk edits or switching between sequences can feel clunky. I’d also love to see A/B testing added — it would help us experiment and optimize our outreach strategies more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HireEZ helps us consistently reach high-quality passive candidates without relying solely on LinkedIn. It’s shortened our time-to-fill on tech and leadership roles, improved outreach response rates, and reduced the number of tools in our sourcing stack. The “send on behalf of hiring manager” feature has also helped us increase engagement without adding to our HMs’ workload.

There are times when the email contacts aren’t accurate or bounce back, so I’ve had to double-check them manually. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows me down a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
I use hireEZ every day to find passive candidates way beyond LinkedIn. The best part is how easily I can get personal emails and phone numbers, saving me hours of digging for contact info. I also love the email campaigns—it’s so convenient to send outreach and track replies without leaving the platform. Integrating to my ATS and email are also easy and lets me keep my data where it needs to be. I've only had to reach out to customer support once, but it was an easy exchange and the issue was resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes search results include duplicate profiles, which adds cleanup time. Also, there’s a learning curve with all the advanced filters, especially for newer users.
