What do you like best about the product?
I can contact a considerably higher number of applicants and build email campaigns with less administration. You may schedule email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may receive the wrong email address every once in a while, which may be a bit humiliating that it is tiny compared to the advantage of the instrument. There is no mobile app for my work. Thus I must depend on a web browser on my phone. I'd expect the product team to be created and delivered in 2021. An alert system of that candidate can assist fix it in recent conversations/emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communal effort is my FAVORITE aspect of Hiretual. I have tried other people, and none of them can compete. At several points, we can constantly construct huge, difficult-to-fill or not to fill candidate pipelines for all our demands. Instead of utilizing LinkedIn mail, we receive direct contact information—mostly e-mail and sometimes telephone numbers. We like to create and attract passive prospects, and collecting data is an excellent approach to find candidates.

Best tool to encode Boolean string.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to drop your job description to understand the main keywords and helps create a Boolean string out of suggested keywords so you can source candidates with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I doubt the AI to analyze the keywords from the job description and the suggestion it gives to build Boolean String. They should focus more on the betterment of AI & the tool this is the need of our society and market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to help beginners in recruitment and staffing to learn the keywords from the job description and how to choose the right keyword for the boolean string.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is a complete tool. It helps you to do good research.
The link to the LinkedIn profile is a real plus and it can help for your booleans.
More of that, you can search internationally. Hiretual translates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Hiretual highlights profiles in my Google searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing for the moment, maybe later!

What do you like best about the product?
The boolean builder is a dream. I utilize Hiretual to source candidates, sales opportunities, and networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Hiretual provides contact information, and the AI continues the search based on your feedback. It's wonderful and worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to locate contact info for a CEO. Without Hiretual, I would've never been able to reach out and get the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI sourcing capability provides continuous candidates filling your pipeline and is a tremendous tool. We source primarily passive candidates and this platform saves us time not only sourcing, but also obtaining their contact info and setting up drip campaigns. 38% of our hires are coming from Hiretual and it is increasing each month. Customer service is the best of any tech platform I have every used. TopNotch!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get some candidates coming up in the search without contact info. However, with the LINKEDIN and FACEBOOK connection, we can go there and connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time sourcing has dramatically decreased. Contact information is readily available. Drip campaign has brought in many candidates on the 3rd email, it works! We are discovering candidates we couldn't find on searches elsewhere.

Finding direct contact information for candidates can be a challenge. I have been excited to have Hiretual as a great tool for candidate reach outs!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to create/modify and calibrate my searches. I can create different projects with different workflows and change them based on needs. It can get me genuine email/contact details of over 90% candidates. I can create multiple templates and use them as I need. I can schedule email chains, and I see a reasonable response rate at 3rd email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I love the tool and its features, but I can reach out to a candidate twice if he gets in 2 projects and I miss checking notes. An alert type of system that this candidate is in recent conversations/emails can help solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passive sourcing. I have gained more candidates in the process

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Hiretual; it's easy, efficient, super user-friendly, so anyone can use it!

Hiretual has a built-in AI algorithm that shows the ethnicity and gender of candidates. This is super helpful and makes my life easier in the sense that I recruit for diverse candidates.

I also love how easy it is to navigate everything. Hiretual is super user-friendly, and it only took me a few days to get used to. They have an excellent customer support team, and I was able to schedule a short call to get a demo on the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Hiretual is their algorithm for ethnicity and gender isn't always correct. But this isn't their fault! Machine learning and AI can never replace human knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving with Hiretual is being able to find diverse candidates easier. They have a filter where I can only see only diverse candidates, and it makes it so much easier to recruit.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much I love about Hiretual. I love that the tool l makes my sourcing efforts a lot more streamlined and efficient. I am able to reach out to significantly more candidates at once and do email campaigns with minimal management. Email campaigns can be scheduled. They show when the emails have been opened. My teammates can see who we've contacted and what the prospect's response was. It saves me a ton of time. It takes about 6+ hours of sourcing to come up with 40 qualified target prospects manually. I can probably do it in an hour with Hiretual. The tool is critical to our hiring operation. I love the insights and tips that Hiretual provides and the regularly scheduled office hours so I can come to them with any questions. Their customer service is also amazing! Second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I dislike about Hiretual. Every once in a while, I might get an incorrect email address, and that can be a little embarrassing. This is so small in comparison to how much of a benefit the tool is. I also wish they didn't include work email addresses, but this would be gold for an agency recruiter. I understand why it's available, and it's as simple as deleting them out of your contact if you do not want to contact someone through their work email address, as we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My reach is strong with Hiretual. We can continually build large candidate pipelines for all of our requisitions, hard to fill or not, in multiple locations. We get direct contact information - mostly emails, sometimes phone numbers - that we can rely on instead of using Inmails from LinkedIn. We love to source and attract passive candidates, and this is a great way to go about collecting that information. I also like getting OJO's name out there, and sharing how awesome of a company it is. Multiple reaches to each candidate to get in front of them. Getting quick insights on targeted candidates. Diversity insights as well. Some of the reports and insights are nice to show hiring manager when speaking of the talent pools on specific roles.
