Very Useful tool for recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can know whether a person has work authorization or not, and also the fact that I can check whether a person has Clearance or if they have a GitHub profile available, I can deeply review all of their technical skills and cross-check with their resume and LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it does not connect to Angel List and the fact that I cannot set up a task to connect with candidates through LinkedIn by sending LinkedIn requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HireEz is simplifying mass email sequences and helps me to save time in my work through the use of email sequences and templates.
Such a great tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the dashboarding information is great but the absolute best part is the ability to send emails as sequences that automatically stop sending once a candidate responds etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HireEz projects could link with LinkedIn projects better and send inmails more integrated somehow vs. having to export or open each individual linkedin profile (or in bulk) and then upload to a LinkedIn project because sometimes it misses candidates or creates duplicates etc. and takes forever
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for additional focus on DEI sourcing and recruiting which is greatly beneficial as well as just general outreach avenues and contact information as well as different search algorithms and AI from LinkedIn Recruiter
Sequencing is great. Some formatting problems.
What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing is great for recruiting and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the contact info is wrong.
There should be an option to send emails to business emails rather than having to select primary emails individually.

EZ to Capture Candidates
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user-friendly dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could remove shared sequences from others off my dashboard. I have team members that recruit for jobs that are out of my vertical, and I have no desire to view them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of finding candidates. It is a one-stop shop for creating a boolean, creating a search, finding good fits and creating the sequence. There is no change between platforms or merging.
Great addition for my Sourcing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that the program allows you to email candidates. I also enjoy the ease of the program. It isnt difficult to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using HZ is the accuracy of the email addresses for some of the candidates. Some are correct, others are based off old email addresses for previous positions that they have help in past. And others are 95% way off. Almost to the point that they arent even for the right person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do more sourcing with HZ, and get more responses on the sequencing that we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create sequences makes a big difference because it ensures you follow up with potential candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send a sequence to a candidate it would be nice if it was moved to contacted automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HirEZ solves the sourcing problem. Before, we needed one person to do this. Now, each recruiter can do it by themselves without spending much time sourcing.
Game changer for drip campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the customized filters you can use when sourcing. I also really like their sequence feature. I consider it a game-changer when it comes to follow-up. You only pay for the contact when you first uncover their info, and you can set up as many follow-ups as you like. I went from a 15-25% response rate on the "other" site to 35-55% on hireEZ.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be incredibly beneficial if they could verify contact information is valid that would be helpful. There are little quirky things when searching, like sometimes a title slips through, etc., but they are also very responsive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of sourcing talent and efficiently contacting them, following up and tracking the status and progress through the hiring process. I like things that help me work smarter not harder and I feel hireEZ does exactly that.
Force Multiplier for Sourcing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the AI-Driven suggestions. You don't have to spell out long, complicated Boolean Strings to yield accurate results. The other excellent feature is the email sequences and the ability to tracking effectiveness of those sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I've seen. I can't honestly say that there was a time were I was let down by the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us cut down on time for deep dive sourcing and engagement of the sourced talent. We are more productive and able to cover more ground as a team.
HireEZ integrates into ATS well
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use along with integration into Lever makes HireEZ a useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about hireEZ. Several bug fixes have addressed issues I have encountered. One area of interest is that the format section at the bottom of templates sometimes blocks the view of the bottom line of my template.

Quickly and efficiently loads prospect data into Lever, sourcing for prospects.
Truly EZ power recruiting & AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HireEZ is an all-inclusive tool. Previous recruitment tools I used weren't integrated with my emails & didnt track responses. I also enjoy that I can automatically create "sequences" that continues to engage candidates passively for me while I'm actively working to fill the top of the funnel. I also enjoy the various filters in the tool especially diversity function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking of diversity function. This tool is not quite accurate 100% of the time. I would say 8 out of 10 times it gets it right but also there are candidates that get included or excluded that may be clearly diverse to the "naked eye". Additionally I would like to see an increase in function on what is an included job title in the search function. There are many titles that are excluded and doing a boolean search wont quite get the same results as using a real tag I am finding. This is EXTREMELY important for selling the tool to technical recruiters and TA leaders in my opinon. As a niche skill set recruiter I find it quite difficult to find my needles in the hay stack.
I would suggest deep dives into what job titles can be incorporated or create a place where recruiters can do the hard work for you and suggest job titles.

automation that Hireez has especially in candidate reach out is key. Thats a huge time saver and allows me to follow up with candidates in a set it and forget it way.
