What do you like best about the product?
Appify allows me to create an app that is custom built for my needs. I have a team that is easy to contact and are ready to help correct any issues that may arrise. They are always willing to sit down with me to go over operations to better understand how everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I dislike about Appify. They listen to any questions or technical problems I present to them, making sure to make the necessary corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled with not having a central system that tracks what our off-site technicians are working on, what the status of their job is, and a place for those workers to record their labor / travel / expenses. Appify has been able to create accounts for all my employees, so they can have easy access to ensure all of their daily tasks are completed. By simply going to the Appify app, they will find fields to add anything that is required of them.
