What do you like best about the product?
It is straightfoward and user friendly. I like the SSO option
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not working fully, running through issues with password changes and not syncing up instantaneously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not aware of issues internally and how its being fixed
