What do you like best about the product?
The automated insights, SpotIQ and speed at which valuable and actionable insights are at our fingertips is extremely powerful. I lead a team of analysts and can’t wait to share new features so we can fully leverage the power of ThoughtSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to report thus far. The system seems very user friendly and easy to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still in the initial on boarding phase and testing of sample data. I think the biggest challenge we may face is separate from ThoughtSpot, but getting users to have inherent trust in the underlying data and therefore to have trust in the insights ThoughtSpot can provide.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ThoughtSpot is the ability to connect multiple data sources so our end users are able to access the data they need by simply asking a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of ThoughtSpot is the lack of reporting features.

What do you like best about the product?
Enables us to get the most granular data into the hands of our users. ThoughtSpot brings much needed search capabilities to our business data, Searching for your YTD sales can be equivalent of searching for the score of your favorite sports team
What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs some improvements on administration and software management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting our journey with TS, excited to see the business outcomes in the near future.
