Great product for monitoring productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Pulls all relevant metrics into one screen with helpful graphs reflecting data over time
What do you dislike about the product?
Still doesn't reflect all relevant data my team is looking for, but I know that is still in progress at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watching team metrics & providing relevant cycle time feedback. Allows me to see outstanding cases that have been pending for long periods of time, along with case numbers and preparer details. If I'm having any issues, we've been able to go directly to our internal POC supporting this feature to have them fixed or get help when needed, extremely fast.

1) The leadership team and staff are excellent
2) The cloud product continues to deliver new features and value each month
3) We evaluated over 15 vendors during our evaluation and ThoughtSpot was the clear winner
4) It supports our need for multi-tenant, SaaS delivery to our customers
5) The new Sage GPT/AI feature will be a game changer
6) They listen to feedback and new enhancement requests and incorporate those into the product

1) Need more support of features for Amazon Redshift data store
2) Needs to be more flexible to embed content beyond using iFrames

Analysis at the speed of thought
What do you like best about the product?
Speed to insights, flexible to use search and creating liveboards with ease. Collaboration with teams is easier. With cloud it becomes more and more agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface at times is not so user friendly and is not heavy on the visualizations. This is being improved in the latest versions though.

Ease of use and trend of feature additions
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for loading time to be more optomizable. I also prefer creating data sources in the DW because worksheets can be really slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our business users to have real-time data and get answers to data questions without the need for asking the data team.

ease of use, user friendly. just like google-ing.

Lacks some key data, but i am aware that our ops team is working on adding more.

Pulling data quickly. If I have a question, I can input it in Thoughspot and get an asnwer quickly. saves time having to pull from databases.

The enhanced analytics capability using natural language has changed the way I work

the natural language questions, the graphic analysis and the TS suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike about TS itself, but sometimes there is issues related with slow connections or busy servers

the immediate access and results from data - it is really an advantage comparing with other platforms/analytics softwares

A platform that distills data into information that is really easy to understand for those who are less experienced in this field. The visuals are great too.

For what I need it for, there aren't any downsides.

Excellent FP&A tool for high quality reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to build answers and after they are done pinning them to Liveboards for future continued use.

I would want more functionality in being able to link more sources.

KPI data reporting, and I also have the ability to drill into the data faster than other digital tools.
