There is no least performing feature in the entire system. Everything has been perfect and we are really thankful for great input.

I like how IBM Planning Analytics emphasizes the ease of updating microsoft excel sheets. It uses AI to make fast predictions and enhance business workflows, reducing the work users have to put into editing their Excel sheets.

I wouldn't say I like how to get started; users must book a consultation or a demo. It might not be clear which one to book first without knowing the response time.

Lack of training and support for IBM. We need to discover each new funcionality from IBM help or international YouTube consultants.

It is easy to access because it is a web-based (cloud) environment. And also, Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE) is quite a good interface for working in Excel.

To be more user-friendly, it still needs improvements. Since it is web-based (cloud), it does not yet have the easy-to-use features of an operating system-based application.
