This workflow management tool is truly impressive.

It’s designed with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for everyone to use.

The advanced AI features really shine, especially in the drawing tool, helping users catch those small details that can often get missed. This blend of simplicity and smart technology makes it a fantastic resource for boosting productivity and ensuring everything runs smoothly in any project.

Integrating the cloud-based platform has been a really positive experience. When we struggled to understand some of the tools, the Customer Support team stepped in and provided the help we needed. They made it much easier for us to figure out how to use the tools and when to use them, which has truly made a difference for our team.
Thanks to this support, our team has been able to implement better strategies and processes that fit smoothly into our usual company workflow.

With that being said, Procore has become an essential part of the way the company now functions and completes everyday tasks.

Based on my experience using this cloud-based program in two construction companies, I'm confident it has the potential to significantly transform the construction industry and project management workflows, making them more streamlined and collaborative.

What do you dislike about the product?

While some features of the platform aren’t as flexible as we’d like to meet our company's specific needs right now, we’re hopeful about the future. There are updates on the horizon for Procore that should make it more adaptable, helping it fit better with our internal workflows and ultimately supporting our organization more effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore has demonstrably enhanced our workflow management capabilities. By providing a centralised platform for task assignment, progress tracking, and communication, it has fostered greater accountability and significantly improved our ability to complete projects on time. This improved efficiency translates directly into better project outcomes and client satisfaction.
