What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and simplicity of the support, which provides a quick turnaround and gives me confidence. It saves me time as the head of compliance, making it easy to email and outsource issues. The initial setup was very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the team have been great so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataGuard helps with SAR, DPIA, LIA, and vendor queries. It saves me time as head of compliance with easy email support and outsourcing issues. The simplicity and quick support turnaround boost my confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the direct connection to dedicated contacts at DataGuard, which really facilitates communication. The straightforward solutions they offer are very helpful, and they demonstrate remarkable flexibility. Additionally, I found the initial setup of DataGuard to be very good and well-supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes delayed feedback. Occasionally, responses to inquiries take a bit longer than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DataGuard for ISMS consulting and data protection and appreciate the SaaS platform for training, data storage, and document templates.

What do you like best about the product?
DataGuard convinces us on multiple levels. The clearly structured, user-friendly dashboard quickly provides us with a good overview of relevant topics and noticeably eases our daily routine.

I also appreciate the professional competence of the contacts. They respond reliably and promptly, while also bringing a deep understanding of our data protection issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
that we didn't find them much earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major advantage is the high level of legal certainty: We continuously receive up-to-date assessments of legal changes as well as clear, practical recommendations for action, so that we remain compliant at all times. In addition, the structured documentation ensures that examinations, audits, and internal coordination run significantly more efficiently, transparently, and overall more smoothly.

The comprehensive range of services – from taking over all data protection issues to creating individual policies and continuously monitoring legal changes – is accompanied proactively, transparently, and professionally. Overall, I find the collaboration to be well-organized, reliable, and clearly structured.

Exceptional Support and Flexible Service

What do you like best about the product?
I like that DataGuard provides DPO services which assist with ad hoc advice, reviewing our documentation, providing points of improvement, and audits. I appreciate the data policy templates they offer. I also value the flexibility with no limit on the time they spend with us and their ability to assist using different methods like email or Teams calls. Having weekly catch-ups with our DPO and by always being available via email is great because it means we can rely on quick responses in our fast-paced business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. However, during difficult tasks like ROPA, perhaps more time in understanding what each question would be useful. Perhaps a mini training session on what a ROPA is, the purpose, and what information gathering needs to be done before the ROPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataGuard assists in updating policies, identifying gaps in documentation, giving ad hoc advice, providing audits, and templates. We rely on quick responses in a fast-paced business.

What do you like best about the product?
DataGuard provides a wealth of useful information with regard to security / compliance around ISO 27001. This has been instrumental in our organisation meeting the ISO 27001 standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about DataGuard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have the in-house experience to tackle the ISO 27001 standard. DataGuard consultants helped us to understand what was required to meet the standard.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the extensive support from DataGuard, especially in the areas of data protection and ISO 27001 support, as well as in internal audit processes. The training videos and the templates for ISO are extremely helpful and contribute significantly to the efficiency of our compliance management processes. Particularly noteworthy is our IS 27001 consultant Stephan Trenker, who makes a great contribution with his expertise and support. Additionally, the initial setup process with DataGuard was very simple, which made the transition and implementation seamless. This, combined with its useful features, makes it very likely that I would easily recommend DataGuard with the highest rating of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the DataGuard portal, I see great potential, but the current UI is not yet optimal for me. I would like a more intuitive navigation and a sleeker design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DataGuard as a central partner for data protection and information security, especially for managing ISO 27001 and internal audits. The training videos and templates significantly facilitate our processes.

Expert knowledge and complete solutions, but improvable

What do you like best about the product?
What I particularly appreciate about DataGuard is that the platform makes training videos directly available. I don't have to organize them separately. Everything is included in one package, which makes the processes very efficient. In addition, there are practical templates and samples for ISO and data protection. I can use these directly, which significantly eases and standardizes my workflows. Another important point is access to great experts. Here, I would especially like to highlight our ISO-27001 consultant Stephan Trenker positively. He is highly specialized and experienced. This allows me, as a small company, to tackle challenges that would be much more difficult for us alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not state of the art and is somewhat difficult to use. It is not user-friendly enough, which could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DataGuard for infosec and data protection, benefit from experienced experts, and find ready-to-use templates in a package for ISO and data protection policies.

What do you like best about the product?
We, as a medium-sized IT service provider, utilize data protection consulting services and the platform from DataGuard. We are very satisfied with the data protection consulting provided by Onur Turhan from DataGuard. Onur Turhan is very competent and practice-oriented. The response times to our inquiries were a maximum of 24 hours, so very fast. On the DataGuard platform, we found many helpful templates, for example, for balancing interests, data protection impact assessments, and for a deletion concept. These are also available in English, which is important for us.

Overall, we can highly recommend DataGuard.

What do you like best about the product?
The experts are quickly accessible and offer solutions promptly. The approach is straightforward and unbureaucratic. Overall, it is a well-thought-out system that enables the digital implementation of various management systems and standards like TISAX. Particularly noteworthy is the option to release guidelines and documents digitally. Additionally, we greatly appreciate the continuous and professional support from our direct contact at Dataguard. This way, we always maintain an overview and can work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small note: Due to the continuous and agile development of the platform, changes in the system occur relatively frequently, which means that one has to constantly reorient themselves. For the future, it would be desirable if the academy were available not only in German and English but also in other languages. Since we have several locations in Eastern Europe, it is difficult to conduct the training through the portal exclusively in German or English there. For this reason, we are forced to resort to another IT training portal. An integration of Entra ID would also be very helpful, as users could then log in easily and transparently via SSO.
