some of the functions could be linked better. eg when im linking a document in the framework section to a policy I have to open 2 tabs. There should also be a prompt to save any work before shutting down the page or an auto save function with a history option

helps the organisation understand the requirements of ISO 27001

Good collaboration with the supervising staff and extensive online platform.

Areas in the online platform are partially hidden behind encrypted terms.

Identification of previously uncovered data protection areas and subsequent rectification.

I appreciate the overview on the DataGuard platform, the training offerings, and the competence of the staff.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform can still be improved, especially in the area of data protection. It is often confusing and not as informative and self-explanatory as the ISMS. There is a lack of a guide that I can work through and that shows me my progress.

DataGuard has provided us with excellent support in the ISO 27001 certification.

What do you like best about the product?

Have Dataguard act as external DPO, has allowed us to move fast (always very responsive) while not compromising on quality.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Maybe one small item: their training sessions could be more customizable (for example, have different tiers of courses for different teams).

They act as our external DPO where we can move fast but not compromise on the quality of our GDPR set up and standards

I find DataGuard to be very intuitive, which helps keep things straightforward. I appreciate the visual charts that allow me to see progress against various actions. I also like how I can share tasks and actions with colleagues in the organisation. The onboarding process was fantastic, and everything I've seen so far has been really good.

We have been using DataGuard for 1 months and so far so good.

I use DataGuard to manage GDPR processes, providing complete visibility of compliance across functions, ensuring all processes are reviewed and captured, and identifying any gaps.

What do you like best about the product?

Automatization, scalability and possibility of adjusting templates to the business needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

The support times for integrated tools (Filerskeepers, Aosphere) isn't great. Also, the AI roadmap included in our package is not clear.

It is helping our company to manage business globally, and support with customer value.

I find DataGuard super easy to work with, which is really important to me. Their platform made it really easy for us to get all of our documentation in line for ISO 27001 certification. I also really appreciate how DataGuard consolidates all of our data, evidence, proofs, and documentation in one spot in a uniform fashion. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially since we did single sign-on, which made it really easy.

There was nothing we could do say negatively about that platform, it worked perfectly for our company.

I like the ease and simplicity of the support, which provides a quick turnaround and gives me confidence. It saves me time as the head of compliance, making it easy to email and outsource issues. The initial setup was very quick and easy.

DataGuard helps with SAR, DPIA, LIA, and vendor queries. It saves me time as head of compliance with easy email support and outsourcing issues. The simplicity and quick support turnaround boost my confidence.

I appreciate the direct connection to dedicated contacts at DataGuard, which really facilitates communication. The straightforward solutions they offer are very helpful, and they demonstrate remarkable flexibility. Additionally, I found the initial setup of DataGuard to be very good and well-supported.

Sometimes delayed feedback. Occasionally, responses to inquiries take a bit longer than desired.

I use DataGuard for ISMS consulting and data protection and appreciate the SaaS platform for training, data storage, and document templates.

What do you like best about the product?

DataGuard convinces us on multiple levels. The clearly structured, user-friendly dashboard quickly provides us with a good overview of relevant topics and noticeably eases our daily routine.

I also appreciate the professional competence of the contacts. They respond reliably and promptly, while also bringing a deep understanding of our data protection issues.

A major advantage is the high level of legal certainty: We continuously receive up-to-date assessments of legal changes as well as clear, practical recommendations for action, so that we remain compliant at all times. In addition, the structured documentation ensures that examinations, audits, and internal coordination run significantly more efficiently, transparently, and overall more smoothly.

The comprehensive range of services – from taking over all data protection issues to creating individual policies and continuously monitoring legal changes – is accompanied proactively, transparently, and professionally. Overall, I find the collaboration to be well-organized, reliable, and clearly structured.
