- Templates are very generic and partly out of date or incorrect
- Mixed experience with consulting (We are satisfied with the current consultant)
- Separate booking of consulting and portal services not possible (we do not use their platform, but we pay for it)
- Initial GAP analysis was useless for us

Dataguard User Interface is very easy to use and provide best in terms of protection and recovery of my data

What do you like best about the product?
DataGuard gives me true knowledge of where everything is. Its good methodology, established in the broad examination, gives important experiences into information to the executives.

The data flow through the system can be visualized as graphical reporting.

DataGuard helps us to improve business process agility and creat internal/operational efficiencies.
It was a great experience using DataGuard. it has very cool features.

I like it most features like Data replication,Failover,Rapid recovery,Backup and Monitoring.

I'm much missing a feature No load balancing (like RAC).

I have had a positive experience using DPOrganizer as a tool to manage GDPR and privacy obligations.
What do you like best about the product?
DPOrganizer stands out as a dedicated GDPR and privacy management tool, offering businesses a comprehensive yet user-friendly interface to handle their data processing obligations. I have been using it for a year now and it definately makes my work as a DPO easier. The feautures that I utilise the most are DSAR tool allowing for automating and scaling the DSAR workflow and the rulefinder data privacy - an easy to use online resource that provides practical analysis of data privacy laws across key global markets. Knowing that a business takes data protection seriously and has invested in tools like DPOrganizer can significantly enhance its reputation and customer confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed disadvantages of using DPOrganizer so far. The only thing I can say is that as with each new tool it takes some time to learn how it works and how one can benefit from it.

The platform provides tools for data inventory and mapping, allowing our company to have a clear overview of its data processing activities. This makes risk assessment and mitigation more straightforward. It is also easier to plan different projects across the teams knowing where we can look for data, who is responsible for keeping them updated.

DPOrganizer is very easy to use with simple features that enable you to set up a full privacy system in a short period of time, with the assistance of the team.

The system occasionally lacks advanced features wihtin a few of it modules. It can be improved by being more intuative.

What do you like best about the product?
DPOrganizer is a great tool that comes with many 'out-of-the-box' features. For organisations, implementing the solution would be seamless and offers a lot of features that would be ideal for those just starting with their privacy management programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I would like to see. It appears through use that even some basic features, such as metric reporting, appear to be incomplete - although the development teams are receptive of feedback and have a roadmap of activities to address the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DPOrganizer acts as our tool for managing our privacy management programme. this is great as it helps to keep track of the organisations progress towards compliance frameworks, is auditable for senior managers and stakeholders and provides additional advice and guidance on how to achieve greater compliance. As a global organisation, the rulefinder feature is brilliant as it allows us to understand the global data protection landscape and understand gaps and similarities within different countries data protection regimes.
