What do you like best about the product?

DPOrganizer stands out as a dedicated GDPR and privacy management tool, offering businesses a comprehensive yet user-friendly interface to handle their data processing obligations. I have been using it for a year now and it definately makes my work as a DPO easier. The feautures that I utilise the most are DSAR tool allowing for automating and scaling the DSAR workflow and the rulefinder data privacy - an easy to use online resource that provides practical analysis of data privacy laws across key global markets. Knowing that a business takes data protection seriously and has invested in tools like DPOrganizer can significantly enhance its reputation and customer confidence.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not noticed disadvantages of using DPOrganizer so far. The only thing I can say is that as with each new tool it takes some time to learn how it works and how one can benefit from it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform provides tools for data inventory and mapping, allowing our company to have a clear overview of its data processing activities. This makes risk assessment and mitigation more straightforward. It is also easier to plan different projects across the teams knowing where we can look for data, who is responsible for keeping them updated.
