What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has improved a lot of features over the past year and continues to provide new features that improve service delivery. It has a very clean UI/UX for both staff and admins and almost no downtime. There are many AI features available if your organization is prioritizing AI. Additionally, they offer many great integration options and competitive pricing. They are very responsive to tickets and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an AI push but it is not too obnoxious. Additionally some key features were missing but have since been slated for addition. There is some clunkiness with the legacy web-apps and the newer parts of docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has added multiple elearning completions which helps us with regulatory compliance courses, and they are updating certifications and in-person completions which is a big help

What do you like best about the product?
Easy automation, modern UI, great scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to state regulations, we are restricted to 1-year contracts, which leads to annual price increases upon renewal. It would be helpful to have more predictable long-term pricing structures or multi-year cost protections tailored for public sector organizations constrained by annual contract rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo centralizes our scattered learning materials into one platform, making it easy to scale training across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's fleibility has been a key reason that we selected it. It's ability to support internal learners along with external on their own experience is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitation of Power Users vs SuperAmins that could be better. You can assign 90% of the duties to power users and I would love that to be higer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support multiple companies and multiple audiences for each. It allows us to easily and quickly deploy training to office and production staff across a range of industries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Docebo because of its fluidity, which helps me come up with innovation ideas to streamline my process. Docebo University is also really helpful as it assists me in understanding the platform and troubleshooting. Additionally, the initial setup of Docebo was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow at times for no reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps me solve learning problems and assists with content creation in EdTech. Its fluid interface provides innovative ideas to streamline my process, and Docebo University helps me understand the platform and troubleshoot.

I am really liking Harmony and Harmony Tutor
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is not easy to configure. Custom CSS and HTML are required to make Docebo be custom to ou company.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the user interfance and the user experience for the admin was pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it was pretty basic, didnt have other modules that you could integrate with, that had other development tools. I dont think it had AI when we used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a learning platform, where it was easy for users to access and find.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of things you can do within the system, especially the ability to customize your pages for different learner personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo is a challenging system to implement with a small team. The end results are excellent, and the implementation team was very educational and helpful, but most of the work still falls on you. Getting everything off the ground at the beginning felt a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different user groups can view different items, and it’s easy to navigate user accounts to see exactly what they’re seeing (a gap in other systems). I also like the customizable reporting and the customizable course catalogs.

When uploading files to create content, the file structure needs to be in a particular format.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Docebo's user interface as an admin because it's easy to use and delivers faster results. It allows me to manage users easily and quickly, create courses within seconds, and manage them without any issues. I can create complex learning paths and assign them to specific courses based on roles. Additionally, the ability to create enrollment rules makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
A notification for rejected users registrations does not currently exist. While there is an option to approve a registration, with a corresponding notification, no such functionality is available for rejected users. After some research, I found that this issue has already been raised by users several years ago, yet no improvements have been implemented so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to make the learning experience more engaging, faster, and more effective. It allows me to manage users easily, create courses quickly, and craft complex learning paths effortlessly.
