What do you like best about the product?
Good learning and development platform for upskilling, course completion, certifications, discussing online with peers. I has good ai capabilities and strong integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
User onboarding process is a bit tedious and complex. Custom reporting is not simple but adds a layer of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ai powered search, learning and development, content creation, business analytics and reporting.

Docebo Makes Managing Large Training Programs Easy

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Docebo is that it's easy to manage and has a good balance between being user-friendly and having the features needed for larger training programs. The interface is pretty straightforward, and I like that there are a lot of options for organizing courses, users, and learning activities without making things overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that some of the features can take a little time to figure out, especially when you're setting things up for the first time. There are also few areas where I feel the interface could be more intuitive and require fewer steps to get something done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo makes it easier to manage training and keep all the learning content in one place. It helps with things like assigning courses, tracking progress, and making sure users have access to the right training. This saves time on manual tracking and makes it easier to see where people are with their learning.

AML CPD on Docebo, certificate works, player is thin

What do you like best about the product?
What works is the learner path. You see progress, modules open without extra clicks, and the certificate is sitting at the end so you know the AML obligation is actually closed. For a Wolters Kluwer CPD course that is the whole point, right? Open it, finish it, prove it. Not glamorous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resume after a pause sometimes resets the module. For assigned AML CPD the catalog and extra menus are noise. No visibility on whether a failed quiz is content, SCORM or the player. You finish the path and get the certificate. That is the whole surface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mandatory AML CPD has to be completed, timestamped and evidenced. Docebo holds the Wolters Kluwer path, tracks progress and issues the certificate. That is the benefit, the obligation is closed without a paper file or a separate tracker

Time-Saving with Course Duplication, Needs Improved Notification System

What do you like best about the product?
I like some of the features in Docebo, especially the ability to create and duplicate courses. Being able to duplicate courses helps me save time, which is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think notifications could be improved by being tied to or already existing on the course or learning plan. Also, the configuration page could be better, and I'd really like the ability to duplicate groups or learning plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to manage compliance and onboarding by dispersing trainings and managing releases, and it helps me save time when I'm able to duplicate courses.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a powerful learning management tool for employees, customers, and partners. It has very good user interface where users doesn't need training to access the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is comparatively complicated. The platform is flexible, but any customisations can be complicated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all the training material together in one place, relevant to all stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has improved a lot of features over the past year and continues to provide new features that improve service delivery. It has a very clean UI/UX for both staff and admins and almost no downtime. There are many AI features available if your organization is prioritizing AI. Additionally, they offer many great integration options and competitive pricing. They are very responsive to tickets and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an AI push but it is not too obnoxious. Additionally some key features were missing but have since been slated for addition. There is some clunkiness with the legacy web-apps and the newer parts of docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has added multiple elearning completions which helps us with regulatory compliance courses, and they are updating certifications and in-person completions which is a big help

Easy automation, modern UI, great scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to state regulations, we are restricted to 1-year contracts, which leads to annual price increases upon renewal. It would be helpful to have more predictable long-term pricing structures or multi-year cost protections tailored for public sector organizations constrained by annual contract rules.

Docebo centralizes our scattered learning materials into one platform, making it easy to scale training across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's fleibility has been a key reason that we selected it. It's ability to support internal learners along with external on their own experience is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitation of Power Users vs SuperAmins that could be better. You can assign 90% of the duties to power users and I would love that to be higer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support multiple companies and multiple audiences for each. It allows us to easily and quickly deploy training to office and production staff across a range of industries.
