Great user interface but clunky compliance training management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is modern and visually appealing. The administration functionality is simple for the most part, with a few clunky pieces which we've provided feedback on. The reporting section is super easy to use and configure. The support we get from Jeanine is phenomonal. She's very knowledgeable accross the system, and will always investigate if she doesn't know the answer straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current setup for managing yearly compliance training is very clunky. You have to use two seperate functions (courses and certifications), and they show up differently for the end user. This causes confusion for the end user, as they don't understand the difference between the two, and it's not that easy to explain either. We also have to use two seperate reports to see overdue courses and expired certifications, which means that leaders who want to view this information for their employees also have to use/view two different reports (rather than having the information in a centralised report/location). We understand this functionality is due to be improved in 2025, but is currently impacting the user experience for our employees and leaders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Docebo to manage all ILT and eLearning training accross our organisation. One of the main purposes is the management of our yearly compliance training assignments/completions. The automatic enrolment rules based on group/branch, and the ability for users to manage their retraining themselves has been a great feature for us. This has helped us to target specific groups and ensure that the right training is assigned to the right people, and that each employee is able to complete their yearly refresher tranings without them being reassigned by an admin user.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use. I find it easy to set up different landing pages for different user groups. The customization options are plentiful, though small items are lacking. The admin dash is easy to use and as simple as any other platform I've used. Reporting is easy and robust. Communicating with users is easy. Adding the Open Sesame library of content has really opened up our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for floating banners and more customization options for landing pages. That really is my only complaint at this time. Need a better "my team" default dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to get learning content to a global audience in 9 countries quickly.
Great E-Learning platform helps our organization to boost the knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
The Docebo platform provides numerous options for users to access various courses in diverse formats. It allows agile configuration of views and menus tailored to different user groups, presenting an excellent opportunity to personalize the learning experience for both internal and external users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, configuring settings may pose a challenge, but their support team proves to be excellent. Once you grasp the process, the platform becomes a valuable tool for enhancing E-Learning initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo assists our partners in acquiring proficiency with our software, enabling them to effectively guide their customers in implementing our solutions.
Setting up an e-learning platform for a client
What do you like best about the product?
The very high degree of customization of the courses and the training material. For example the settings about the courses materials which allow to hide some training materal up to a specific date, all the settings related to feedbacks and time management when it comes to tests, and so on. I also really like the fact that the platform is intuitive to use and that in the Docebo Community and Docebo Help there are a lot of shared articles that answer most of the questions one has when using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The section Certificate Template for creating custom user certificates templates is not so user-friendly. When creating a template with text, you have to download the file each time so see whether the text is posiitioned correctly without the ability to see a preview. And for an e-learning platform custom certificates are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allowed our client to create learning plans for their employees to make sure that they have assimilated the corporate culture and working methodology promoted by the company, and in a second step to start offering non-optional thematic live webinars to their employees.
Great experience post onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
My experience post-onboarding has been very good. Our account manager, Freddie, is helpful and attentive. Also, the response to our onboarding difficulties was honest and solution focused. I love the platform itself, which is easy to update and maintain. Even Gameification functionality is easy to set up and launch.

What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding experience was challenging. However, feedback has been shared and I have assurances that Docebo are trialing different approaches to onboarding moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing new content out to colleagues quickly, and easy completion reporting through dashboards.
Docebo - Open to Feedback and AI Learning Machine
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is always innovating. They have a community site that gives product updates that show customers what is going to be released. This gives us an idea of what is on the product roadmap. Our integration is complete and was an easy process to follow. Our customer support team schedules monthly calls to make sure we are up to date on product releases and to hear feedback from our team. Overall the Docebo platform has been great for us and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo could use an analytics and reporting upgrade for Discover, Coach, and Share assets and channels. Right now it's very basic information and not very helpful for our client's usage. The mobile branded app needs an overhaul and I see its potential, some key misses for sure. Also, the notifications need more organization capability (folder organization, blank templates, more flexibility for date sent, audience, etc).

Providing a platform for our clients to engage with content experiences that enhance their digital learning journey after an in-person or virtual engagement with our consultant teams.

What do you like best about the product?
My success manager (Ludmilla) is always on hand to support us with any queries and help us understand how we can use the system better when we have bespoke business needs. She is very knowledgeable about the system and if she doesn't know how to answer the question she will say and get an expert in to explain the more complex questions.
My personal experience has been very positive this year, I spend a lot of time in the system in the back end and having this support available and SME has been a game changer. There have been some really positive product updates and I look forward to implementing them.

Docebo is a niche player in the LMS market (better than traditional LMS supplier Cornerstone)
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has many features, can be used in multiple industries (even academics) and both online and virtual, in person training/education. Docebo is also easy to set up and can be ready within a month if starting brand new.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo's pricing model may need to improve, because it is getting very pricey.

We need a LMS platform that is simple to use by audience at a global level. Docebo's visual pages is really helpful in the rebranding from our previous LMS. Docebo also offers a lot of reporting functions and is helpful in stats and ROIs.

What do you like best about the product?
A good range of customisation options and the ability to tailor the system to our use case. Good support from Docebo at set up and after when any problems arise. Similarly, good support from our Customer Success Manager to help us build towards our goals. Generally, the system is reasonablyl easy to use, and there is a wide range of lerning resources that allow me to quickly find the information I need to adjust any aspects of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has its nuances, and it is not always intuitive to find the settings you need.
Not every feature is as well implemented as others, and some need technical support to implement or change. The workflow for some aspects can be quite time consuming.

We have used Docebo to build a platform to deliver and sell customer training. It allows us to host our blended learning and on-demand eLearning courses, and has enabled us to reach more customers and deliver training options at scale.
