Solid product with good support

What do you like best about the product?
The support from our CUstomer Success Manager, Freddie is great. He is really helping us to develop our platform in a way that make sense for our business. He always has an answer to our queries or will find it.

I think the platform itself is user friend for our internal users. And it was straight forward to integrate new users onto the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use the administrator parts of the system is a lot and its not always so intuitive where things are until you have really used it for some time.

The onboarding was useful but veery difficult to absorb when we were not using the platfrom yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us transform the way people learn in our business and the way customer can consume learning content from us. It helps us to create the material once and share with many people without face to face training regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support provided by Docebo is prompt and effective. Their knowledgeable and responsive support team ensures that users receive timely assistance when encountering issues or seeking clarification. This commitment to customer satisfaction adds significant value to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the notable drawbacks of Docebo is its Instructor Led Training functionality. While the system offers basic ILT features, it lacks the depth and sophistication seen in other areas of the LMS. The scheduling and tracking of ILT sessions are somewhat cumbersome, and the overall experience for both instructors and learners during live sessions could be more seamless.

I also miss robust tools to enhance participant engagement during live sessions. Interactive features like polls, quizzes, or collaborative activities are either limited or not seamlessly integrated. This absence of engagement tools hinders the ability to create truly immersive and participatory ILT experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a centralized platform for standardized training content, ensuring that all employees receive consistent information and skills in a cost-efficient way. It also streamlines onboarding through automated processes, self-paced modules, and centralized access to essential resources, accelerating the time it takes for new employees to become productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I had worked with Pierre for few months now, he is always extremely helpful and brings new ideas. My LMS looks and wroks beter since he in on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I am not that happy in Dcebo is the Learning Impact functionality. I really believe there are needs of improvement in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aquired Docebo LMS and Learning IMPACT to ease the creation of course delivery processes to our clients and to facilitate the collaboration inside the company. DLI also helps us to be Qualiopi compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the platform is user-friendly and very nice for trainee experience.
I have problems that we can't update content on a learning path, we need to update another entire course.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to create a new course when some adjustments/updates have to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo attend our need of a host platform for our Online Training content.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very comprehensive system with a lot of features but at the same time it isn't too cumbersome or difficult to learn and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the original features, which are pretty solid and useful just need a bit of a refresh on the design (this is mainly admin menus).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows us to configure the platform specifically for a client use-case. Broadly the key features provide a comprehensive experience e.g. easy access to courses, learning plans and assets shared by contributors. But it can also be configured to really match a client's brand and style - this is what sets it a part from other platforms on the market - the design can be changed to really make an impact on your audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo offers many different solutions for user journeys in their online learning experience. In addition to its core functionality and ease of use, you can utilise the API to obtain custom data and reporting as well as a number of integrations with 3rd party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still certain areas of the administration area such as Catalogs and Survey/Course reporting that could really do with an enhancement to align with other areas of the platform. There are also a few areas such as Certificate Templates that could certainly be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work closely with Docebo as a Professional Services Partner and have a long standing relationship with them. We are well informed on product updates and new releases so we can inform our clients of new features and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
People make the difference. The Docebo team, from account management and customer success, to the support teams - I have no issues contacting and talking with those assigned to our account. We have several channels available, including a ticketing system, live chat, and monthly meetings.

Our implementation back in 2018 went smoothly, and we have been able to build different 'themed' LMS setups for different projects using the instance functionality.

The platform is stable, new product releases are demoed, and the documentation is usually up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the functionality of the platform allows different types of learning materials to be uploaded, and the reports provide both a high-level overview and granular detail on individual learners.

The community is becoming an increasingly valuable resource, with different customers sharing their experiences and knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had two occasions this year where important information was not 'pushed' out to customers or our customer success person. This may not become a problem, but it is notable as it is the first time in a good few years that we have raised a concern about the lack of proactive contact.

Regarding functionality for improvement, there are some smaller ticket items, such as closed captions on/off by course rather than always on per item if uploaded and versioning references in the central repository would be helpful.

There is a bigger course of work to improve the instances which is underway. Being able to get the automatic account activated email branded per instance would be good, or getting them bcc'd to a different control address per instance.

Being able to see error logs would be very helpful, especially knowing when notifications have been sent/have failed.

These are all good points to raise if you gain a demo or get to talk with existing customers.

Docebo Learn provided a SaaS replacement for our self-hosted LMS.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciated the support provided by Docebo in various ways. The ticketing-system works seemlessly and helped resolve a few issues already. On top of that I highly value the regular catch up meetings with Ludmila from Docebo who continuously supports us in any topics we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin's perspective I have to admit that the tool itself is not very straight forward. We do find our ways by now, but for occational tasks it feels like having to remind ourselves or even re-learn how to do things over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping us eliminate repetative onboarding sessions for both, internal and external customers. Moving forward I would love to use it for ILTs as well, but at the moment it does not seem to integrate too well with our MS Teams, Outlook and other solutions and I believe it is a pitty we have to go with Docebo Connect additionally to the enterprise plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo customer support is nice and quick and the support team are great to work with. The Docebo community is a wonderful adition where I visit often for new ideas and help problem solving.
The platform is user friendly and easily customised. It has helped us to create a space that our employees can find a variety of learning and the catalogues allow us to group these nicely.
We have regualr catch ups with our CSM and are kept up to date with all platform changes and improvements. We have formed a good relationship, allowing us to raise concerns and ideas and know that they will be looked into.
The ideas area in the Community is great and being able to upvote ideas to encourage the product team to look into them is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin functionality is a little dated and in some cases does not meet our needs. Certification renewal has been a real pain point for us and we have had to spend a lot of time figuring out workarounds and even now the process is not ideal.
You have to pay extra for lots of the functionality in seperate models. The reporting is good but it would be good to customise reports further without having to purchase a seperate module.
Filtering options in admin areas (notifications/ enrolment rules) would be super helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of enrolments to the correct learning. We are a healthcare company and so we have a lot of mandatory learnign and this varies depending on job role. Being able to autmatically create user groups and assign learning has ensure our employees are accessing and completing the learning they are required to.
