What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Docebo, is their positive and forward thinking attitude. From begging to the present, all employees I have worked with have been delightful people and have gone above and beyond to support DialAFlight. The communication has been clear and efficient resulting in a smooth successful launch of our new LMS. Overall, I am pleased with our LMS and excited to see it develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the few months I have worked with Docebo, I have come across very few issues. As expected, during the configuration of the LMS, it took some weeks to get things how we wanted and we faced a few troubles along the way. But thankfully, we had the Docebo team on hand to support us and resolve any issues swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doceobo is allowing us to bridge the gap between our sales staff and training. Through features like gamification, badges and certificates, we are able to reward our staff and encourage them to complete training.

What do you like best about the product?
The Docebo platform is very flexible and easy to configure. Despite the fact that our use-case is quite different from that of most other clients, we've been able to configure and extend the platform to meet our requirements.

The support from Docebo's customer service team has been very impressive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI of certain sections of the admin interface can do with an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We acquired Docebo as a platform to provide on-demand and hybrid training to our clients, and so far the platform has delivered good engagement from our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I know the platform from my former employer and I like that it is very flexible and easy to manage. Besides, the staff at Docebo is very dedicated and supportive. We always have a good basis for discussions and arguments and I have the feeling that our needs and issues are understood. Needless to say that not every issue addressed by us can be solved, but we see that our contact person Jihane (CSM) is always trying to find aolutions or workarounds. In my opinion, we have a very healthy relationsship where there is always room for personal conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike about Docebo. I have seen how my former employer has used to platform to implement great courses for German, but I think there is still potential for companies like G DATA that use it as a LMS for different clients and not for themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo makes it possible to integrate various customers and still performing well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Docebo keeps improving and provides continious updates to the platform. Docebo also has customer support that is easily accessible

DOCEBO is straight forward, has good UX design. Customer Managers are brilliant (great improvement here)

Quick implementation and easy for the user

What do you like best about the product?
From the user end, it is pretty easy to use and looks very nice. The implementation team was great and it was pretty fast to review the functions and set it up for what we needed. Customer support is amazing. Always fast and helpful. Even if the answer is that the function doesn't exist, they can confirm it quickly so I don't have to keep searching or testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the admin side, it can be more challenging with what we can set up for Power Users. Some features and functions are universal on the platform which we would like to control more. Notifications and some basic reporting data seem limited but available through Analytics but that is at an additional cost. At least being able to see how many users are enrolled in all courses instead of manually doing it would be useful. Our use of the platform is pretty basic at the moment (only e-learning and a page for staff and partners) so adding costs would not make sense for us. We are using other apps/tools that are not available in Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform for our e-learning training for partners

simple to use, always updated over time, good relations with customers and their operators, competent and available helpdesk operators,

improve integration with other enterprise software and increase flexibility

Offer training to many people in the Company without any limitations on time or location, and reducing cost of training.
