Excellent experience so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a really really well rounded LMS. From service to functionality - everything we have experienced so far has been second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have come across to date, it the certification templates. I feel that they should be more dynamic and super admins should be able to do more with them (easily add photos, add branding - fonts, colours etc.). There could also be more dynamic aspects of the groupings and branches. I think it should be easier to set up fully automated groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, using Docebo is allowing us to multiply efforts. We are now able to mass roll out training content online meaning that compliance is almost instant! When compared to 'pre Docebo' times, where we had to roll these courses out to 150+ employees, 10 at a time... It is so so much better!

On time response to support and understanding and analysing the business case , team do their level best to help answer any query and you get great learning insights

there is no particular thing I dislike about Docebo however I find it pricy comparing to other LMSs available, may worth the value but making it hard considering the market situation

Docebo helping improving customer experience duirng learning process and help us as organization get our courses more organized with track records , recording VILT is added value

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is an easy LMS to use as an administrator. The support has drastically improved and I have the feeling we are understood when we face an issue. The fact to have a monthly call with our Customer Success Manager to review our issues gives the impression Docebo understands our concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for some actions, you need too many clicks to reach what you want to achieve. Some new released implementations should remain BETA as all the functions aren't there. When we face a bug and when Docebo gives a workaround and says "open an idea", you can feel frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is very helpful for our basic administrative tasks during our daily business. It also well integrates our tools (Lectora and Adobe Captivate) to create our training materials.

Docebo's support team from moment I met with someone to discuss potential business to 2 years later with anything we need to enhance or support our system use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting that would be ideal for our use, isn't currently available. The info is there but needs to be broken in various report rather than combined in one. Checklists- really need a reporting feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is very dynamic in the makeup of our work and experience. Docebo has allowed us to make learning available for every employee regardless of their role and current abilities. It allows us to track not only training internally, but external training and certifications, as well as check in with employees regularly on their progress.
Exceptional Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the top LMS-es, there is very little between them. However, Docebo's customer service is what swung it for our company when selecting the best LMS for our organisation. They also have a really good feedback system and ideas management platform, which again points to their exceptional customer service and willingness to always improve and learn about their customers' needs. Their support technicians are also always very helpful and readily available to look into any issues whether big or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive to fully customise and could be quite costly to access all features and new releases

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very helpful to have a dedicated POC assisting with different requests, solving any potential doubts, and providing suggestions and solutions to the faced challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is great to have the possibility to provide suggestions for improvement since there are so many requests also from other clients, sometimes it is difficult to get our ideas to be implemented.

Docebo provides an online training platform that allows us to support all our different users in several locations, with various needs, which highly enhances our scalability.
Great platform as long as you are familiar with the overall setup and general logic of processes

Flexibility of platform and highly customizable when it comes to visibility/acessibility of content and the various content types/formats and course settings available
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is related to upside. Since settings can be highly individualized, this can create a complex backend, especially for new users; it leaves a lot of room for pitfalls through conflicting settings (e.g. waiting list)

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reports does not work the way that we are looking for. (Cannot create the headers of our choice even though those fields are there in Docebo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating the employees wthin the organisation. Aditonally, for Internal Job Postings we create courses with the Quiz and then asks the respective person to clear the quiz, this leads them to clear a level of round in the IJP process. Moreover, employees come to Docebo portal and can take the courses which becomes a refresher for them on certain topics, which is very helpful.
Easy to use and reliable LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is easy to use, it has a reliable course player, e-leanring administration is uncomplicated. Also, the level of my satisfaction from Docebo's support as well as from our interaction with the Customer Success Manager has improved a lot over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The general search engine on the platform's homepage/dashboard should be returning more accurate results.
