What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how flexible and customizable this system is. It allows us to create unique home pages tailored to each team, ensuring that the training always feels relevant to everyone. The automation rules have been a tremendous time saver for me after setting them up, new hires are automatically enrolled in the courses they need for their specific roles. The platform is also very stable and manages all our users without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern is with the reporting features. They are not intuitive, and I often have to generate multiple reports just to find a basic answer. After that, I end up combining the data manually in Excel, which adds unnecessary time and effort. The system isn't very user-friendly in this regard. Additionally, the initial setup process was quite complex. We needed to bring in a consultant to get everything working correctly, which resulted in additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform allows us to manage training for all our employees in a single, reliable location, even though our team is distributed. It ensures that everyone receives the necessary training promptly through automation. As a result, our onboarding process is much faster, and we remain compliant without spending hours on manual administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Docebo structures a training platform, making the training process organized and efficient for our employees. It allows a structured process for all employees to follow, which adds consistency to our training. Additionally, I enjoy the assistance from our project manager, who has been very helpful and willing to help us all the time, making the setup and ongoing use of Docebo smooth and supportive. The platform's ability to let managers keep up with employee progress and statistics further enhances its value for our team, making it an effective tool for our stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Docebo very intricate and confusing to navigate, which can be frustrating. The detailed nature of the platform means that missing a step can impact the entire process. Additionally, working with branches is quite challenging.

Docebo structures our training process, allowing employees to follow and be tested, while managers track progress and stats effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Docebo's flexibility in delivering learning experiences. It allows me to structure training programs in various ways tailored to different audiences. Its platform is stable, running smoothly without crashes or performance issues, which is crucial for us. The enrollment rules and automation features stand out for me; they enable me to automate user additions to courses and learning plans effectively. Instead of manually assigning training to each employee, I can set rules based on department, job board, location, or user group, and Docebo automatically enrolls the right people in the appropriate courses. I also liked how the initial setup was completed in less than a week, making the transition seamless. Overall, I would recommend Docebo to others with a score of 10 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Docebo is how simple it is to set roles and permissions for both trainers and learners. It is very easy to choose and give the right access to each person. Second, the features for page design and course creation are really easy to manage and understand. Third, I like the community part where i easily get the updates and explains about the new changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really find anything that I dislike about Docebo. The platform works well and is easy to use. The only thing I feel is that it is a little bit expensive

Docebo helps me to create simple courses for training people in my organization. For example, I can build courses about cybersecurity awareness or other important topics very quickly. It makes it easy to share learning with everyone and track their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the page builder feature of Docebo incredibly valuable and essential. It allows me to create customized dashboards tailored to different audiences using its drag and drop widgets. This feature enables me to highlight priority courses, showcase recommended content, and organize the interface effectively to ensure learners don't get confused. The ability to personalize the experience with separate dashboards for new employees, managers, and external learners creates a more guided and personalized experience. Additionally, the page builder lets me brand the platform and make navigation much clearer, greatly enhancing the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the reporting and analytics section of Docebo is limited and not intuitive. It sometimes requires me to combine multiple reports to extract simple insights. Additionally, the mobile app needs improvement in both UI and functionality. Although the support is helpful, the response from the help desk can be slow, even for simple issues.

Some of the most valuable functionalities, such as advanced analytics or specific automation capabilities, are often tiered or require expensive add-ons. This can make the total cost of ownership quite high compared to some competitors, and it feels like certain core administrative functions (like advanced Instructor-Led Training/ILT session management or nuanced reporting for collaborative tools) could be more streamlined without needing custom CSS workarounds.

Docebo is solving our primary challenge of scaling global, multi-audience training programs efficiently. We previously struggled with disorganized, disparate training systems that couldn't handle the volume or the varied needs of internal employees versus external partners.

Now, Docebo centralizes all learning activities. Its automation features handle course assignment, re-certification reminders, and progress tracking, drastically reducing administrative overhead and ensuring compliance requirements are met on time.
