  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great ease of use and stellar onboarding program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The roles that shift. In one calendar my account manager changed three times. There seems to be some disorganization on that front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing us a place to hold all of our learning content for our customer community.

Brilliant LMS System with constant updates availiable to benefit the system for the users

  • December 31, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy docebo is to understand and the monthyly webinars for the releases which really help as this gives us a understanding on what is likely to change which gives us time to look into the impact of this.

I like reading through peoples ideas on docebo community as this gives ideas but also helps with solutions when we are stuck.

I have enjoyed customising the homepages through the system, changing the colours of the buttons and the layout options that you can have.

Docebo are always thinking of improvments to the system and try to make this more user friendly and they make sure it has a good look for users on the system too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult some of the customising can be when needing to round buttons. I like the basic customising but i think to change it from square to round it would be nice if it was just a button to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping bring all content to one system and which makes it easy to track training completion and course completion of modules. This is important as we can then pull reports just from one system as it is all in one place and track what new starters have been completing and the scores of the training.

Winning Combination of Learning and Knowledge Management

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One-stop-shop software for managing the learning, knowledge, and intranet needs of my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some weird functionality - Pages aren't searchable, there's sometimes more admin work behind the scenes than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helped our organization relaunch our intranet and internal knowledge, in tandem with consolidating all of our learning/onboarding/ongoing development under a singular platform that connects with our HRIS.

Customizable & User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The product ticks all the boxes for large and small organizations. It's easy to use, can be tweaked to meet a variety of needs, and the customer service chat folks are amazing.

I wouldn't say implementation was easy, but it was straightforward. Their onboarding plan gives you a roadmap for success, but you must have a dedicated team who understands LMS administration to put in the work. Their promises on the timeline are realistic. We successfully soft-launched 90 days after kickoff, spent another 90 days troubleshooting and working out kinks, and completed the formal launch at the 180-day mark. For context, we have 6000+ users across five organizations.

I enjoy the interactions with everyone we've come into contact with. The support chat is responsive and easy to use. The sales team was incredible, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and our customer support rep is approachable and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it covers all the essential functions an LMS needs, some of its modules are limited or underdeveloped, and I find they don't often think about how the different components interact with each other or in real-world use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized learning resource. Training records for compliance. Off-the-shelf content across a variety of categories. Metrics and reporting. Knowledge sharing/thought leadership across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
- Modern look & feel
- Easy usability
- User-friendly
- Fast support
What do you dislike about the product?
- Expandable functions in the administration area
- In some respects, no individual customization possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Regular exchange and good support for general issues like server errors
- Difficulties in mapping use cases > Docebo provides relief in some areas, but less on an individual level, rather more generally

Mixed review

What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderfull tool to organize and communicate to our learners. It has great number of useful features. The customer support is also great
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Docebo with 3 Extended Enterprise. The support at implementation to the team on one of the EE went very well, the other team was left in the dark and had to find out a lot of stuff on their own. On how to work with EE there is not some much documented. A real pitty is that at some level you can't treat them als actual 3 different entities. e.g. you can't make a distinction between a user registering to an EE, to an super admin you'll have 2xcheck to which entity the user belongs. Also some inconstancies bother me on managing, groups, catalogs, courses, ... same idea but the way presented completely different and confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings all courses for all our solutions in one place, also all learners which allows us to follow up and know what knowledge our partners, our employees have

Brilliant support team and seamless onboarding experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Docebo staff. From scoping the project, finalising the contract, onboarding and the ongoing support. It has truly been a pleasure working with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some out of the box features which I feel should be standard in all LMS systems. I wish there was more flexibiity with the overall layout without having to use custom CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the Australian renewables industry with educational content.

Better Than Most But Lacking Modern Architecture

  • December 17, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is definitely one of the best among other developers. The integration with LinkedIn Learning for content is also really strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super difficult to implement. Backend configuration is 10-years out of date and it's challenging if not impossible to undo misconfigurations without the API or paying for additional services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing learning and development materials, integrating with LinkedIn Learning, and managing ILT events and attendance.

System that keeps on growing and improving

  • December 17, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is an all around decent Learning Management System that has been getting continually developed into a platform that supports more and more learning needs at our organization. Learning Systems feel like they can fall into categories with how they are developed...and for the enterprise? There are very few that fall into a similar category as Docebo. We see and can feel the continued investments into the base platform on an ongoing basis.

The system has a rich eco-system of add-ons. If I had to describe it in one word - and you are looking for a system to grow with your initiatve? Docebo is seriously extensible!

Customer support is responsive, my CSM and Account Mgr relationships are strong and we are always learning about newer features coming along with the team.

Docebo's Community, University, monthly training events, and yearly conference support the opportunity to learn from others as well as the product about how to bend the system to our brand and will making it a welcomed tool in our eco-system of Saas. This goes far and way beyond and Help documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot lie - all learning systems can grow and improve in spaces. Being able to manage a system that fits most of your organization's needs is on the shoulder of the implementer and those that steer the implementer to take on. Its my opinion that it is still growing with skills and certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracked training and learning and insights at various levels of the organization. Structured learning has taken on a newer life at our organization.
