What do you dislike about the product?
While Docebo has a mobile app that allows you to access your content on the go, it's not as comprehensive as the web version. Some of the features, such as gamification and analytics, are not available on the app, and you may experience some glitches or delays when using it

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has very modern user interface that is easy to navigate. It helps us to develop training content for the team to train either on new technology or improving their skills on sales. It offers many customizable options and it easy to add content from various sources. Docebo offers an easy way track each employee progress and aslo customer support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain so far .The platform has been very helpful and it's very stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is a very easy to use platform and requires very minimal training. Support team staff are very friendly and ready to help. Being cloud based we are able to access the application from anywhere and their pricing is relatively fair.
In the last 9 months I got the chance to experience and experiment with this platform in depth.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that I like about this platform. Among the myriad reasons, what stands out is the availability of customization and configuration within the website that is also easy to understand and implement simultaneously.
It took me around a few weeks to find my way around the platform, and the Knowledge Base Articles were a big help in understanding Docebo very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike, although there are few improvements that can be made in the Web Based Training Courses where Scorm Files are used to display the content which causes the website layout to break at times for different screen sizes and make the controls and description of the courses to overflow from its container.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is the first LMS cross-platform that is have used so far as an Admin. The Knowledge Base Article has helped me a lot to grasp in-depth knowledge to understand and easy to navigate the platform, starting from creating a User manually, creating courses, and enrolling users into the courses etc...

Docebo is a pricy platform, but it's totally worth it because It gives value for your money. It is just the best learning management system.

There is really nothing to dislike about this platform, for the past three years that I have been using it, I have not met a problem with it that is worth mentioning.

Docebo is one of the best LMS with off-the-shelf features that is very easy to use and has a very user-friendly UI which is very easy to navigate and customizable. Inability to include certificate during congratulatory message is not highly appreciated.
Also the inability to easily the preview of the learners is not good also.

We use this tool for two top reasons one is to conduct training to our newbies even at remote areas. Second is taking our corporate courses online which has helped us a lot to improve our projects and careers. We've really achieved a lot. I like the support of multiple language is great for our international audience.

What i like best about Docebo is that the administration is very easy and the entire set up took no time. I like the fact that creating content can be done by anyone and look appealing. It has improved our business learning analysis areas since the day we started using it. I love how it provides data analytics which shows effectiveness of learning processes.

I have never experienced any challenges while using Docebo. It's a complete and amazing platform for learning management.
