Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our learners is what I most enjoy. It is easy for our leaners to navigate and find the training that is perfect for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could speak to support staff at times versus always over chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized location to track learning.
Not perfect but the best LMS I've worked with
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is good in Docebo. It's easy to set things up in an easy way for the end user but it also has most of the backend stuff of a 'serious LMS' that is required for compliance etc. There is definitely room for improvement, but this is a good, well-rounded solution and I've looked at a lot of different systems. I like that the Coach and Share element that allows for community building, knowledge sharing and working with experts which is very important in any modern learning ecosystem. I also appreciate that it is easy to use even as an administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certification renewal functionality needs updating.
The notifications are clunky and difficult to work with, although you can actually do a lot with them.
The skills mapping functionality is an exciting development with huge potential, but it needs to be customisable. The skills library used is not relevant to most organisations I've worked with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking mandatory learning for a regulated healthcare organisation.
Offering eLearning and instructor-led learning.
Rolling out leadership development programme.
Offering continuous personal and professional development to employees.
Potentially promoting knowledge sharing and recognising expertise.

Excellent Corporate LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent self-help documentation. LMS's in general can be complicated to configure and use but DCBO gives excellent self-help resources in their Support sections and the VERY useful Docebo University.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are....clunky. There's a newly designed system coming but its a few months overdue and its quite a slog to deal with as it is. Also, Learning Plans don't have excellent reporting but that too is ripe for overhaul.
You can still get the work done - they both are fully functional - but the User experience is tough.
You can still get the work done - they both are fully functional - but the User experience is tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decentralizing the Training functions of a complex organization without a centralized Learning team. We have 6 teams with unique needs and no central L&D dept so everyone is sort of "on their own". DCBO makes it easy to segment teams and roles, along with powers within those roles so we can operate independently under common guidelines.
Docebo - a solid, flexible enterprise LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo reliably meets our requirements for an enterprise LMS: solid core functionality, ease of use, and ease of integration with other enterprise resources (SSO, Teams, LinkedIn Learning)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user interface defaults are non-intuitive. For example, you must specifically select the option to create a link to a course rather than have one generated by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is our corporate hub for self-paced technical product training. It's also our launchpad for Teams-based instructor-led training and webinars. This facilitates tracking and reporting so that learning stays in alignment with corporate objectives.
I am impressed.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo provides more tools for e-learning such as certifications, certificates, badges and gamification. This is very helpful in the corporate training world when motivating employees to complete training is a struggle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature, while better than the last LMS we had, still leaves something to be desired. I would like to see the ability to see completion reports based on a training class, as opposed to an individual user report. Our trainers are frustrated that they have to look up each person individually rather than just seeing their current training class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our company to bring training for both inside employees and outside customers for all of our lines of business into one LMS instead of having 5 separate learning management systems.
Docebo continues to prove that it was the correct choice for our 20,000+ employees and partners
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of usage and always providing more than one solution to our internal business partners, content creators, legal department, and those who are needing a robust system to keep track of training data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every LMS has its quirks, but probably not being able to create automated groups on the Power User side to automatically provide access to courses, reports, etc. based upon criteria we have in place for audience groups. Also not able to create assignments in the Central Repository to share across courses, and the inability to automatically have a direct manager be an instructor to sign off on training assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ability to connect to several of our other systems has proven to be a game changer, as well as point out the dirty data that is in the other systems. The ability to use the Workato scripts has also allowed us to custom-automate a lot of our processes as well.
Great LMS that makes learning easier
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have learning (both e-learning and instructor-led) in one place makes it easier for staff to engage with development opportunities available to them
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not perfect, and there are some frustrations. Hopefully, these things will be fixed in future releases e.g. the ability to take the same course twice, or optional courses in a learning plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure all staff know what compliance training they are expected to complete.
Elegant user experience, nicely thought through design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create courses, and manage users. Multiple ways to setup the platform based on user groups. Overall a good LMS with most of the features available. The custom landing page and channels features are useful if the LMS is being used beyond the regular learning usecases.
The help documentation and support is also awesome.
The help documentation and support is also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve is there. Channels feature could have been provided without additional cost. Few more layout options in course management would also be good to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching a learning and certification program for both customers and internal training programs. Could be extended for partner management and training as well.
Good platform and many features but has problem with rolling out unfinished functionality
What do you like best about the product?
They have a robust platform with many of the most widely used and needed features. They have the best active user license structure compared to the competition. The user screens are easy to create and customize. Courses are easy to build and assign to learning plans. Overall the backend of the system is one of the most straightforward and user-friendly. It is also effortless to set up and create a fully functional system/site within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design and engineering teams do not look at all the most common use cases when putting together new features. They tend to roll out a feature that either has bugs or only half the functionality it needs. It is very hard to influence the product design and they do not listen to their customers on product needs and use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on ensuring they can record all of the times a person has taken a course. They had been missing this functionality and it is required for regulated industries,
A solid LMS choice
What do you like best about the product?
Of the LMS platforms I've used, Docebo is definitely one of the better options overall. I like the course management features. I'm also a fan of the Discover, Coach, and Share addon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Power User profile options are pretty slim. The native reporting options could use some attention. As our industry moves to xAPI, I'd like to see more detailed reporting tools available. I've also had a so-so experience whenever I've reached out to the help desk for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of users across several, very different audiences. We needed a LMS solution that allowed us to segment learner views and customize their experience based on their branch. We also needed more automation tools for enrolling users in courses, reporting data, and building prescriptive learning plans.
