Big improvement from our past LMS in regards to functionality and opportunity for social learning
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has taken advantage of the pages functionality and have created bright, interactive and informative spaces for everything from onboarding to wellness resources. We also love the social learning capabilities, although we want to do more work on engagement in that space. The reporting capabilities and design elements are very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found our post-sales assigned team to be the most helpful resource for us and have uncovered technical challenges (although we likely would have with any platform). We have received some feedback about the ease of use, specifically when registering for a course and joining the training, as the process is not always intuitive (there's a box you need to expand to find the link to join).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is our go-to platform for self-paced learning, signing up for live training and a resource hub for all things learning, professional development and in some cases, personal development. Our last LMS did not have the same level of functionality when it came to customization, sharing of resources, and pretty much anything other than traditional training!
Useful and Innovating
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very fun and easy to use LMS as compared to a few others out there. They are continually innovating, they are listening to their customers and building on their feedback to design and create a better admin and learner experience. Monthly webinars for updates is great. The community was a huge win to add this! Game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am thoroughly disappointed in my Account Manager experience. I have had something like 3 or 4 since starting with Docebo in 2019 and every time I have ghosted by them. I have not heard from my current Account Manager since the beginning of 2022 and I had to reach out. I have reached out a few other times for help and received it from him on a few things but NO ONE has reached out to me, set up a business review, asked how things are going, etc. My last email was in June I think to ask a question about a notice I received and NOTHING, no response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is bringing onboarding to new stakeholders immediately without having to wait for me or someone else to provide the new hire information and gives them a great experience. I am using a channel for a manager development program to provide curated content to go along with the learning plan and the in person workshop so it allows me to provide a hybrid program with ease. I intend to
More than just an LMS, Docebo helps create a learning culture
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the new AI features are nice to have. However, the bread and butter of Docebo is still key to it's success. The fact that we can customize access based on user profiles is really powerful. This allows us to reach different audiences for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI changes are good, but I'd like learner/end user features to be more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems Docebo is solving for my company are training delivery and weak learning culture. Often, training initiatives have no follow-up and have zero connection to business KPIs. Additionally, people like talking about learning but put little to no effort into learning. Through Docebo, we better systematize training initiatives. Additionally, we can see who is all talk and who walks the talk.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of administration, flexibility and support
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of sales tax solution in eCommerce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support seems willing to listen to customers and make improvements accordingly. I currently am waiting for a solution that will allow me to charge sales tax for certain courses and a resolution to customers with failed transactions end up on the pending users list.
Great learning experience with Docebo!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo provides a lot of resources (Community, Knowledge Base, University, and support technicians), to help empower the administrators to learn and operate independently before having to reach out for assistance. Their community is an awesome place to connect with other Admins and learn how other organizations utilize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting limitations when it comes to assets. You are only able to report mostly on completions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple Completions are coming soon and are thrilled about this solution in reference to our annual compliance training.
The speakers were wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
Jamie Casap was a great way to open the conference! He was inspirational and so interesting to hear about his experiences and his way of thinking. He really gave me a new way of thinking of how we all have our strengths and how we focus on them
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest part was the expo. It was great to poke around in the vendors areas but there is nothing like being in person to watch a demo of products that matter to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eLearning management for our internal staff and for our clients! We are still in our toddler stage of the LMS and I finally have a dedicated resource on my team that focuses on developing our LMS to the full potential for our clients
Easy to use LMS - right from the box
What do you like best about the product?
graphic integration, easy to use assignment profiles, effortless gameifcation, many ways to customize landing pages for different users depending on learning needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there an easier way to generate reports of user learning and / or satisfaction? More graphic options would be nice for a more customized user experience and look depending on role. I'm thinking like - more options for image sizes for use as buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy way to assign learning, provide an engaging learning library, reward users for completing training, and target specific users for learning tracks - still looking for an option for progress reports.
Intuitive design for participants with a few areas for growth
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has an aesthetically satisfying design and a pretty intuitive frontend design for participants. The ability to integrate multiple domains into Docebo also allows for ease of accessibility for participants as well as on the backend of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small areas could use some improvement - for instance, the reporting tools are not very intuitive and have an extensive range to choose from, not all of which are clear as to what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping my organization reach a much broader audience and allows for us to integrate our platforms seamlessly.
I will forever tell my employers to use Docebo.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating courses and hosting content is easy, can be done quickly, and still creates a robust learning experience.
Docebo University and the community make an already easy-to-use product even easier by giving an abundance of learning resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many page layouts depend more on knowing HTML and hosting HTML as opposed to creating natively in the platform.
This could be better by including more page features in the Learn platform or to add features to the page editor tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dobeco is providing a platform to host e-learning and ILT sessions and track learner completion and engagement in ways we were unable to do before.
We focus on external client training. We can measure and report on learning completion and provide this information to clients and to internal management.

Best in breed LMS with up and coming LXP functionality
What do you like best about the product?
At my organization, we love the freedom we get with Docebo to customize our platform and make it whatever we want it to be. We also find the Discover, Coach, and Share product highly innovative, allowing us to connect learners around shared interests and build a learning community. This social engagement is a big part of the future of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish some elements were a little bit more baked from a product perspective, but Docebo is working hard to make updates and improve their product. We've already seen changes that have improved the experience for our users. For example, how timezones are displayed on the platform. Having a global employee base, we must use globally inclusive platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping us provide an equal experience for the learners of our organization. This was really important to us as we worked on rebooting our learning strategy with a remote-first approach. We needed technology that could support the evolving needs of our organization.
