What do you like best about the product?
I like Docebo for its AI-driven learning architecture combined with strong enterprise-grade configurability. It uses machine learning models to automatically tag and customize learning assets while providing recommendations based on user profiles, including skill sets and historical learning. I also appreciate its support for REST APIs, SSO, and native integrations, making it easier to integrate with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback which I see is its complexity of advance configuration, setting up its custom learning workflows and competency framework require a trained and expert. Also depth of native technical skill is limited , these cases require third party assessment to overall system complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo as a centralized learning platform for onboarding, compliance, and upskilling. It solves learning scalability and knowledge consistency issues, providing a single ecosystem to address fragmented knowledge.

Its UI/UX, learner dashboard and reporting logic often requires professional services o custom development which finally increases the cost and also implementation time.

The layout is simple for learners to navigate, and I get way fewer "Where do I find this?" questions now. The platform runs smoothly too, which matters when you're trying to keep training consistent.

Some features just aren't as polished as others, so I'm constantly finding workarounds. And the reporting? It's a pain when I just need a quick view of where everyone's at without jumping through hoops.
