A good looking LMS with limited functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the way it looks. I also love the API browser and how we can utilize it to do bulk uploads.
The Course layout for e-Learning looks great and feels nicely customisable.
The Course layout for e-Learning looks great and feels nicely customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I feel the notifications are quite restricted. There are very limited kind of notifications and on top of that, shortcodes are just a handful. The new fields cannot be added as shortcodes.
2. The widgets for pages are quite restricted. Some don't even have the option for HTML customization.
3. Pages have a restriction of 20 widgets.
4. There is NO dedicated resource who is skillful in app publishing at Docebo. We have been trying for so long to get our app up on the Apple store but it took a long time and we still haven't been successful in that.
5. The reports are majorly User-based, so if I want to pull a report of just courses with their fields, that is not possible.
6. The session layout for users is very confusing. The way to switch between events took a lot of getting used to by our customers and those who use it for the first time can never figure it out. The drop-down window is badly placed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo LMS has helped us create nice e-Learnings for our members and host them freely without a worry. On ILT front, things are great except the part that for switching between events, users have to look for the drop down menu on top.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that this LMS fits your business requirements before making a switch.
We love Docebo!
What do you like best about the product?
This system has incredible capacities and features I didn't even know that I would want or need. I also love the help desk if I'm ever stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's got such dynamic features, there are several places to look when something isn't working right. It takes a bit to troubleshoot. Also, I'm still learning the program, so it could be me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can offer specific content to learners. We can design certifications, end-of-course certificates, expiration dates for users and courses, team reporting functionality, custom reports, etc. Our learners LOVE the interface and are enjoying the learning experience more than ever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is not going anywhere. We love the support when needing to change a configuration or solving an issue. Take your time and evaluate what you need from an LMS provider. They are making improvements continually, and my customer success person checks in with me once per month.
Can't Miss With Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
UX, tools integration with remote meeting apps, tech support, roles ease of use, course/catalogs/learning plans build structure and presentation. Stands out amongst LMS options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps enhancing UX to be more intuitive or distilled into its core design elements. Addition of JS customization (big limitation to some users); expand more CSS capabilities. Enhance WYSIWYG tools options. More intiuitive UX work on report builidng tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering learning content accurately to all our association members and boards. Docebo has proven crucial for our L&D operations. Our users are extremely satisfied with Docebo's performance.
Overall friendly navigation & easy to understand the functionalities in Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
Admin Gear, keep it as simple of navigation. Course Management.catalogs,Learning plans, notification will be easy to access and modify the settings as per requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only system settings notifications. Instead, we need course level email settings, it would help us to schedule a email depends on course level settings. (i.e., System settings, Custom email, No email). The course owner has an option to choose email settings as per course requirement.
once user profile inactive, the enrolled/In progress course should be deactivate and it shows as part of admin activities. Expectation is enrolled course/LP/sessions should remove from the learner profile once deactivate.
Catalogs - Unable to run a report to download/view the associated courses with each catalog. Reports does not have any supporting filters for catalogs.
Custom report - We have set of inbuilt filters in custom report.still we need to provide more inbuilt filters to touchbase the all functionalities.
Session/Event - Always it confuse the learners when they enroll into the ILTs, need more visible clarity on session/event enroll page from learner perspective.

once user profile inactive, the enrolled/In progress course should be deactivate and it shows as part of admin activities. Expectation is enrolled course/LP/sessions should remove from the learner profile once deactivate - Admins, can easily work on with the reporting for active profiles, ILT session seats will be released automatic when profile deactivates, so waitlist can enroll into session.
Session/Event - Always it confuse the learners when they enroll into the ILTs, need more visible clarity on session/event enroll page from learner perspective - Learners are not familiar with the LMS applications, so the visbility of course enrollment/session enrollment page will help them to check where they are in session and how they can lookup the other session options.

Lots of great features but not well thought-out. Frustrating user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of Docebo is the sheer amount of features available. Particularly custom programming for our teams was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features like management reporting with data visualization of teams' progress appear lacking or badly executed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom learning programs for a diverse workforce with specific learning requirements.
Solid system with excellent ongoing development and exemplary customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is that rare platform that actually lives up to its claims. From the initial sales process through the first year of customer service and support they have been excellent to work with and consistently responsive. Even the few problems we've had were handled professionally and with care for us as a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are an Italian-based company, thus we struggled when there was an issue requiring Tier 3 tech support and all of the tier 3 techs worked in Italy. It cost us a day of delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is engaging and highly customizable to a degree I haven't seen in the many other platforms I've looked at. It's a top-tier platform with mid-tier pricing and exemplary people supporting it. The backend architecture is also very customizable with extensive APIs and it handles different content formats well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Though it was a higher price than other platforms we considered (over 20), we've saved that additional cost in admin wages due to its ease of use and efficient administration.
The Docebo LMS experience for customer training
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is wonderful for being able to incorporate your branding. look, and feel. When others come to our dashboard, it looks professional. We have used it for customer training for years, and users are able to self register and take training easily. The platform is stable and I don't have to worry about learners not being able to access their training. Docebo has really expanded their offering, so we also utilize Teams integration for Workshops, Salesforce integration to see our customer data, Social Learning, Google Analytics, Multidomain etc. We are able to show our learning offering as courses or catalogs. We also have implemented a Certified Service Provider program using their Certification and Training features. Recently, they have really upgraded their support. There is an immediate chat support that is very helpful and they have good customer success managers. Also, they recently added a harmony search which is an AI fueled search engine which is very helpful and can actually search through your training materials and provide answers. They also are very good about their customer outreach in that I've attended some very nice and informative local events and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Docebo for really upgrading their support features!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our main issues is that we pay for Docebo Connect. However, even though we pay for it, they won't turn it on because we haven't paid them 10K for training. Despite numerous attempts to ask them for this they remain unresponsive and we are unable to utilize it though we are savvy with automations already. Also, some features that are launched are 'half baked' such as their survey capabilities. Integrations such as for Teams webinars and notifications through email can be glitchy and problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support issues mentioned above are still our main problem with Docebo as is the glitchy nature of the platform. The benefit has truly been that we have been able to empower our customers with a professional, high quality training platform that offers multifunctionality. If Docebo fixed their support problems they would work theirway up to a 9 or 10.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to incorporate your own branding, have a multifunctional LMS, than Docebo is a great option. If you need a simple LMS than Docebo may be too much product for you. If you need a lot of support, than it may be better to go elsewhere.
Great platform , easy to use, easy to administer
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo allows you to hit the ground running with easy-to-navigate features and intuitive administrative actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo reporting has gotten better over the years, but I would like to see more customizable options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps me easily assign and track lessons for my users. Docebo also helps me upload new content and manage it easily.
