Great Features, Competitive Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and ease of managing users and uploading training. I find Docebo simple to navigate and as far as features for the price, we decided to go with Docebo because it had the best value available to our non profit organization. We are able to achieve most of the features of larger learning management systems at a fraction of the yearly fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a many needs as a nonprofit organization employing 800+. Docebo checks most of our boxes but sometimes the back end is a bit clunky and I would like to have the option to break down courses by when the user needs to take them. For example, our supervisors receive 20 courses during onboarding and there is no way to break them up by what needs to be taken each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps us to make training available to our indirect labor and we plan to eventually release training to our direct labor in the future. Docebo has helped during COVID for recording webinars to make them available to employees that aren't able to attend live sessions or for training that was once in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is pretty intuitive. I enjoy the CSV feature for uploading groups of employees rather than entering one by one. The learning plan feature is also nice but I would prefer that the courses that are in the learning plan not all show up on the home screen because some of them are locked if they have pre-reqs and that can be confusing for some of our employees.
Cutting Edge LMS
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Docebo is the ability to crowdsource content through its Coach & Share module. By having learners assist in content curation by adding "assets" they find useful to others, and allowing their peers to rank the content, it not only eases the content creation bottleneck caused by having a small or one-person L&D operation, it also creates greater engagement from and an overall better experience for the learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tighter integration with Microsoft Teams would be handy, as would an integration with SharePoint to avoid needing to download content from the corporate SP server to a workstation before uploading to Docebo. Also, a better way to test and validate notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with any LMS, Docebo is helping learners be more accountable for their personal growth, as well as level-set the learners with common content.
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both the trainer and user. Love the different roles and permissions you can give users.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the ideal world, I wouldn't have to build in captivate and upload in Docebo. Instead, I could build material there as well. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great resource for our customer Certification courses. Love that customers can access at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo can do so much. Make sure you understand all of it before rolling out your training. You want to make sure you set up in the best way possible
Providing educational resources and elevating specialty skills for our healthcare workers!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo enables our ability to hold learners accountable to their learning while supporting their needs through multiple learning modalities and system functions. That makes learning stick and provides the resources to support learners in their jobs.
The combination of structured learning and social learning is a great approach to keep learning engaging. We want our portal to be “the place” where all learners come!

What do you dislike about the product?
Skill validation is critical in healthcare training. I would like to see better dashboards and manager oversight to competencies and compliance standards.
Also, engagement is key - creating a notification portal that delivers messaging to the community in a timely and appropriate manner could be enhanced on the Docebo platform

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering state-of-the-art learning to healthcare providers in specialty care areas where training resources are limited. Also, delivering the accountability to ensure knowledge and skill transfer occurs.
Our learners are growing their skills and confidence by huge strides! We are working to level up the skills of our healthcare workers to serve our patients better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a platform that is learner-centered, the Docebo platform is it. This company puts the learner experience at the forefront of everything they build and design.
Great until it comes to upgrades kinda hard to adjust at first with all the changes and impacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a fun of the parts : Reports and Tracking
Especially when tracking powerusers actions too
Especially when tracking powerusers actions too
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike is more about the compatibility with the Mobile App and lack of tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems are due to misunderstanding and others are due to new product and future updates, so it's fine.

Test the upgrades before suggesting it to clients (us)
Manage Learning for Multiple Companies or Departments with Unique Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo allows me to create learning environments for multiple companies/use cases. The back-end administrative features makes it easy to copy coursework and assign coursework to different groups in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a little clunky, has longer buffering times, several features may bug occasionally, the interface is not as "modern" as other LMS products, there are many many options in the system but the management of the options at a micro level creates a lot of work in initial building of your learning environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary problem: creating learning content to be displayed to different user groups (with some overlap and some unique coursework) Docebo makes it relatively simple to distribute learning in a matrix.
Docebo is streamlined for learners and students, not so much teachers or admins.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the amount of options Docebo gives me when it comes to planning content for our learners. Learning Plans, Webinars, Courses, Catalogs, etc. They all help me accomplish what I need to do to create a learning environment for our employees and customers. I also like the fact that we can brand the Docebo platform to match Centercode's brand guidelines. Our brand is very important to us, so to have that ability is awesome. I also really enjoy the user dashboards, at least at a glance. My learners also enjoy how straightforward and efficient Docebo
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo can be hard to navigate as an admin. The amount of options provided to admins is awesome, but sometimes I feel like there are 5 different ways to do things and not all of them seem to line up. For example, assigning courses to branches, groups, individual users, etc. There's no clearly defined path for what works best and what is the most efficient way of doing something. Again, I enjoy the wealth of options available to me as an admin, but more context on what feature does what would be helpful - especially for newer users.
While I appreciate the support for VTT files, I would also appreciate support for SRT and other CC/Subtitles formats.
The certificate template could also be refined. It seems a bit difficult to use, with no concrete instructions on how to properly format the certificate inside Docebo. I had to go to a help page to really figure out how to implement a certificate properly. A better editor with more visual help would be nice, like having the background image appear while editing text. That way I can know exactly where the text will be placed when using the editor.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all working remotely right now, so having the ability to train new customers and new employees on our customer validation platform is great. We've onboarded two new employees with Docebo and it's helped get them up to speed very quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend as much time as possible learning how branch codes, learning plans, catalogs and branches can affect your users and streamline your onboarding process. Also have a service ready to go to generate VTT subtitles for your learning content.
Since using Docebo at the start of my job to learn more soft skills I have been very happy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Docebo platform it is user friendly and easy to maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping me with learning new soft skills that apply to my current role.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is a great application which supports personalized learning. Myself and my colleagues utilize this application and have thus far been enjoying the service offerings and how easy it is to use!
Accomplished LMS platform that allows total customization, but subpar support
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is easily customizable which means it can serve many different types of organizations with different goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The individual organization's imagination is the only limit in creating the interface and content. However, that can mean you are the sole driver. Docebo set-up will help you accomplish specific goals, but it is up to your team (and hopefully you have a couple of developers and tech people to spare) to think of what you want to do. We needed more imagination support dreaming of what Docebo could accomplish and how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bringing together remote learning into an online classroom, which helps us deliver content and networking in a way we were unable to do in-person (making our participant experience even better).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the backend support to implement the system and troubleshoot because support is limited after implementation.
Outstanding learning tool for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Clean, professional interface makes our learning platform look impressive to our employees and customers. Course administrators can make a solid, professional, easy-to-navigate course without having to be an expert at design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities an be cumbersome to use in order to get easy results; often it requires exporting a report in Excel or CSV format and doing more work to process it into the results you want. Not all menus are intuitive either, and features can hide in tricky places where you just have to kind of learn and memorize where they are. Video player capabilities are somewhat limited too; our #1 complaint from users has been that we can't give them the ability to rewind a video (without also unlocking fast-forward which we don't always want to do).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Docebo to create uniform learning across all employees at our company. A single source of official company learning rather than dispersed tribal knowledge that is not well documented, controlled, or repeatable. We also use the platform to train our customers on how to use our products and services. We have drastically reduced the amount of time it takes to onboard people and teach them new things. Many hours saved by both trainees and trainers, with much more accountability and documented results. It's also an outstanding platform for interfacing with our customers in a 2-directional way where they engage and give us feedback, unlike a 1-directional platform where we just send content out and hope they absorb it.
