First Learning Management System

What do you like best about the product?
This was our first LMS implementation. Our implementation process was a lot longer than expected. Docebo provided us with consistent support throughout the entire implementation process not only from our customer success representatives but also additional resources for our Salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like more support, specifically educational resources available to system power users. All resources are available to superadmins; however I’d like the ability to share some of the resources on Docebo University with power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were intrigued by Docebo’s social learning features, like Coach and Share. The ability to share assets across audiences in a quick and efficient way aligned with our strategic goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has been great in taking all feedback into consideration when updating its functionalities. The service is SO quick and efficient which really helps in the high-paced environment I work in.

The support system has been set up to be very helpful as well, I have a touch base with an assigned support staff 2 times a month and they are always available to answer any questions I might have and provide me with any resources I need to get the job done.

The help desk function that is available to you as a 'Super Admin' is very helpful when you have quick in the moment questions as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to address something, it would have to be the tech lingo that is used might not always make sense to someone that wasn't 'raised' in the tech world. SSO, API... etc.

There has been 1-2 instances that I needed to ask for clarity on what the help desk was talking. even though it was tricky initially, it was easy enough to just ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely access to training for all our staff. Having this platform has really allowed us to offer training that is timely and trackable.

For example, there is a need to launch haircare training of a new product to all our retail teams that are spread across NA, we can easily launch, enroll and track all training quickly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your position, ensure you have support from your internal IT company to help with system integrations, this will make the user experience even better!


    Construction

Docebo is a great tool that keeps evolving every day and fits most of our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases are not ready yet. Plus, it would be great to count on a "consulting" service to help make specific use cases see it through (through the logic of rules, APIs, enrollemnts and catalog visibility )

Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive for users to navigate. Easy admin functions for course build and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates launched sometimes before fully tested. This sometimes will cause issues with integrations we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on MS teams Integration issue. Support very responsive. Docebo chat is great feature as I can get simple questions or issues resolved quickly that may not need a full ticket inquiry and may be just a user error.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo has been a great experience. We started out using a custom built platform that was much more expensive and we were very dependent on the developer to load all of our content and build all of our courses. With Docebo, we can do all of this ourselves and make updates as needed. Simple to use from an administrator perspective and easy to navigate and use for a user.

Great Customer Service and Features

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has great features for managing ILT and ODT training. They are always making updates to improve the process. They are easy to get in touch with and respond to support tickets very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are pop-up messages in the platform that show you how to use things but they pop up every time you login. It can be annoying to have to close them all the time to see the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Doceboorginally to deliver customer training but it has become the tool of choice for employee training as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before purchasing other platforms to build courses try the in-platform options. They were better than we expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to create pages that are clean, I'm able to build a better UI/UX experience for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat tool needs to be changed in a bad way:no pop out function and it covers 1/3 of the screen on ALL Docebo windows I have open. Various misses on no search function for catalogs, no safeguard save when you click off a popout sidebar content editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a better user experience. Creating content and organizing it so it leads the user to the desired courses.

What do you like best about the product?
- It's simple, clean and intuitive user experiences
- Easy to administer.
- Quick follow up from the help desk if you have any questions/problem
- Great support from the Customer Service specialist/manager and have always been very friendly and helpful.
- Have a lot of features
- In summary it is the best and preferred LMS so far
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complaints about the LMS for now, except for the changes of minimum user package, I think your previous package is more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think today is the time for digital transformation including in Learning Delivery. Docebo really helped us a lot. I use it for the different types of courses : classroom, webinar dan e-learning; to get the balance of blended approach to trainin delivery
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I had reviewed and tried some of the recommeded LMS, and Docebo is still the prefeered one up until now

What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced client support (Help Desk) experience is vastly improved since we first started with Docebo in 2018. Through support chat I am typically able to arrive at a solution within minutes rather than days. I also appreciate that Docebo has worked to make the ILT/Classroom/Webinar set-up and tracking experience more streamlined.

Enhanced reporting has made life easier for admins too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let's continue to work to make the ILT experience as trackable and easy for admins as possible. I understand why the recent enhancements were made, however they do create a couple of extra steps for admins. 1) Having to track attendees in Sessions and Enrollments. It felt more streamlined before, having sessions and enrollments under a single tab. We now have to enroll them in both and complete them in both. It could also be that I'm doing it incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of a poorly structured training function within our firm. In fact there was no structure before I implemented ROCKET, uh I mean, Docebo. I'm sure there is still technology we are not even taking advantage of that will make life better. :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Show some love to your client success manager. They are the quarterback during your implementation. When you meet with them insist they go "camera on". It's a great way to further humanize the experience so you can establish rapport, find common ground, and build trust.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of enrollment, tracking, and reporting. Awesome customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Designing pages and menus, this part of the platform is not user friendly (for non graphic designers) in order to create a great user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance training, development accountability, decreased learning curve for new hires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Content, content, content! I did not realize how difficult creating internal content would be. For lean organizations this could definitely be a challenge.
