Best in class AI-powered Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
As a superadmin I love the ease of use of the functions and features. The system is very intuitive and is constantly evolving to get better. I love the fact that we can provide Docebo with suggestions, and there is a whole community that can like or promote it and then Docebo adds those features to the platform. As a learner, I love the simplified mobile and desktop experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and reporting dashboards could be better. Not necessarily a dislike, but if there were more powerful analytical tools built into the system as well as external connections to BI tools, it would be of great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning consumption of knowledge, and ability to share best practices through coach and share. Since getting Docebo we have significantly improved our learner engagement and employee performance. The mobile aspect allows us to give an unbridled employee experience from a learning standpoint that is second to none.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an all in one learning platform, that is best-in-class, this is your platform!
User Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has a very user friendly interface, making implementation a breeze. I was able to push it out to my staff with little to no training. It is easy to manage on the administrative side as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks to the system but they are generally easy to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made implementation of training a breeze. I am also able to push out policy updates and collect esignatures easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get access to test sites. You will see how easy and helpful it is.
Docebo has enabled us to provide a quality training experience to our contractors.
What do you like best about the product?
Platform flexibility and integrations are great. Easy to use and straightforward to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some admin features are a bit cumbersome. It improves every release though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First domain is Contractor training and on-boarding. Second domain set up for on-going education and certification. Two totally different use cases in one platform.
Excellent user experience, backend needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has spectacular interface and presentation for the learners. The interface for learners is wonderful and our users have had a simple and easy transition to the LMS
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo's back end interface for administrators has some issues with work flow especially with multi site domains. The learning curve for keeping courses and users managed in the LMS is rather steep. It is very easy to misplace users and courses when you have multiple tenants and branches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting continuing training and onboarding during the pandemic through docebo. It has been an excellent tool for users to do self paced training
Robust easy to use LMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and to setup. For a person with no experience in an LMS I was able to easily setup a complete system with very little effort. The platform offers great flexebility..
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything major that I dislike. I have run into some technical gliteches with the new layout but nothing that is a show stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to have a world class LMS with minimal investment on our part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a good hard look at what is out there. We have been able to make the Docebo experience for our customers seamless.
Great Tool, Lousy Support
What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Docebo in 2019, which was a great experience. Coach and Share is the biggest selling point of the platform. It is what is keeping us with Docebo right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the company went public, the support has gone in the toilet. For the easy questions, the team is quick to answer. For the more difficult questions, it takes an act of God to get them to respond. Each client is assigned a Customer Experience Manager who is suppose to be our champion inside the company. Our first one was with us through most of our first year and he was great. We have had three since then. The only way we have been even been able to get a response to emails was to go to a vice-president.
The company is working on improving the platform but many of the improvement don't seem to have had input from the user base. Docebo calls them upgrades. They are just changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have nearly 800 employees in 20+ US states. Our LMS helps us in delivering and tracking training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool but the company is in too much flux right now to recommend.
Facilitates the work of teachers.
What do you like best about the product?
I love usability.-I love usability. The software is structured for everyone's readiness. With all my classes, I like end-user perspectives and e-learning. It is very important to learn Docebo and the dream. She blends her incredible strength and expertise with an intuitive learner perspective that is difficult to execute. We want to be a good customer representative and every month we ask for feedback, ticket track and meeting. The support for talk is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
A training checklist or skill test is the only thing not available during orientation planning. I want to see this feature extended to all users, as it is not only as a standard, but a common practice in training and development. Long installation, but useful for device customization. We were sponsored by a strategic consultant, and she was fantastic. Every little information we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to prepare now. We can fit our content where our students need it. There are no daily training for trainers and users who can not participate can also support them. Many people take part (and click through the training without the content being assimilated). This makes us realize that we need to change the way we know, even in the most boring topics. One benefit is that we understand a need to adapt and improve our use of immersive microlearning videos and ensure that students retain quality learning material for longer periods of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is creative and easy to use, it provides good benefits to teachers and students, I suggest the implementation of this platform. The dynamism, innovation and input of the consumer propel it and its future.
Exceptional Extended Enterprise Learning Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; ability to customize pages for clients; responsive customer service; coach and share module which allows us to showcase our extensive library of articles; willingness to solicit and implement ideas from their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just about perfect, however, we would like to be able to add a cc field on selected enrollment and course completion emails, so that branch managers also receive confirmation of their users' activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successfully delivering extended enterprise learning to more than 8,000 users at over 1,800 firms while preserving data integrity between the different firms. Benefits have included increased client retention and lower insurance claim frequency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to a customer success manager and take a tour of Docebo, you won't regret it.
Cadillac of LMSs
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward admin center. Love the automation that can be setup based on branching, groups, and selection of specific user profile fields by the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that I had to setup every type of email notification. I can see why it's setup to allow that, but for my needs, default messages in place would have been great along with a box to just tick if I want to use that notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 2 departments with very different elearning needs. The ability to control access to content via branching and groups is awesome. We discovered that you can also control which catalogs people can see so we are able to customize the options for users related to each department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the free trial. You'll then see how this stacks up to other systems. Make sure you complete the Docebo Academy as part of the onboarding process.
Easy to use platform with sleek design
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I appreciate how intuitive the design is. We’ve been using the platform for both staff training and for external audiences for almost four years now. Docebo is very open to receiving feedback from customers and the platform has continued to evolve to meet customer needs. We also really like the flexibility of the monthly vs annual active user count model.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if all the functionality of the desktop version was also available on mobile (e.g discussion forums and web conferencing.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reach a wider audience for our public education programs and have streamlined our HR onboarding process.
