Easy to use, easy to access, a great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports is tricky, no locations

Auto certificate generator, and auto test and result allocation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is a great tool, efficient and easy to use.
OK but getting better each month
What do you like best about the product?
The use of learning plans groups and branches are great for automation, they can help you take people with similar job responsibilities and assign them the same training. Our company uses an enormous branch structure for our customers, and the system handles this surprisingly well. Potentially the best thing I have to say is that when we onboarded to the tool, nothing worked excellently for what we needed, there were lots of issues arising from limitations of the system and overlooked features, over the years most of these problems have been systematically removed from the system. Making it work a lot better for us and saves us a lot of time over problems that we had in the past. It's possible to give permissions to low level managers to assign training and review reports over their team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in the tool leaves a lot to be desired, when working with large groups or assigning report permissions to individual managers or power users. Getting miniscule data for things like quizzes and quiz questions is essentially useless. It's not in a format that's useful. In addition we teach a lot of live webinar classes, and while we have a nice setup for it we still need to spend hours each manually entering all our classes and formatting them because there's no option to enter classes via file or upload. The automation is ok, but does still leave a lot to be desired particularly where things like notifications are concerned. It get's the job done in a lot of ways, but don't expect it to do much more than the bare minimum for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo let's us organize and sort through data for literally thousands of separate branches and hundreds of thousands of customers and review customer details and information all the way down to the individual to solve problems. It also integrates with webex which is useful for the type of live online learning that we do.
Guided platform building
What do you like best about the product?
Even with low-level e-learning experience, a company can quickly implement a professional online training program in a platform that guides its creators, experts, and learners in a seemingly effortless way.
It is just that easy to work with, while still offering a lot of features and ways to make the white label design reflect your company's style.
You can also connect with some interesting third-party integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo offers limited authoring capabilities for interactive content. We find that using a third-party tool like Articulate, Ispring, or Captivate is needed to truly make the most out of this platform.
The reports section could use some improvements: navigation, customization of column headers, and filtering for example.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long-distance training of salesforce, having our representatives master product characteristics for an extensive product portfolio, and managing 150+ learners spread over 10+ countries.
A fantastic LMS with great features!
What do you like best about the product?
I am in Docebo daily and find it very user friendly, easy to navigate and I can easily find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I need help with creating reports. In addition, I wish I had the ability to duplicate learning plans, like you can courses -- it would be a time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that Docebo allows for self-enrollment and makes it simple to track course completion. The feature to create learning plans, which lets you bundle courses and set prerequisites to control the sequence in which lessons are completed, is a real time-saver and helps ensure users follow the intended schedule without getting ahead. Additionally, being able to set up digest notifications for reminders is another valuable benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is a great product. We switched from another LMS, which was pretty vanilla, and did not offer the training and support that Docebo did. The staff were all very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very responsive when we reached out with questions.
Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service, support and support materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limited functions that are being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing a much fuller, quality service for our customers and reduced administration time dramatically.
Functionality for Days!
What do you like best about the product?
There was a large set of features that allowed for a lot of flexibility when it comes to designing an education program. We use it for educating customers, prospects, and employees. So the ability to control access to courses was pretty awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get lost. Sometimes there are too many features within a course, you can get yourself a little lost in the details. When it came to designing something that would look and feel premium we did have to put our designer to work, but we wanted that premium feel. So if you are planning on out of the box looking pretty, it may be a tall order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation and Customer Education. We want to use our educational content to answer questions for the professionals and drive their engagement to our website. This allows us to generate interest and turn those people into leads with the aim generating revenue. As for customers, we aim to increase adoption of features, reduce support costs, and increase customer satisfaction hopefully leading to successful long term revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great toolset for the right price. There is decent flexibility and customization to add your flair to your education program.
Docebo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as an administrator. Easy to set up users and utilize reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display is not great for our users. Not as easy for them to use the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Easy to navigate.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's customer service sets them apart from other LMS' I have used and tried. The onboarding process went as smoothly as it could have gone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality seems to be counter intuitive. You can't control who can view individual courses as much as you should be able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us improve customer experience and I think it will help us retain customers beyond just one intervention
Great Features, Competitive Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and ease of managing users and uploading training. I find Docebo simple to navigate and as far as features for the price, we decided to go with Docebo because it had the best value available to our non profit organization. We are able to achieve most of the features of larger learning management systems at a fraction of the yearly fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a many needs as a nonprofit organization employing 800+. Docebo checks most of our boxes but sometimes the back end is a bit clunky and I would like to have the option to break down courses by when the user needs to take them. For example, our supervisors receive 20 courses during onboarding and there is no way to break them up by what needs to be taken each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps us to make training available to our indirect labor and we plan to eventually release training to our direct labor in the future. Docebo has helped during COVID for recording webinars to make them available to employees that aren't able to attend live sessions or for training that was once in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is pretty intuitive. I enjoy the CSV feature for uploading groups of employees rather than entering one by one. The learning plan feature is also nice but I would prefer that the courses that are in the learning plan not all show up on the home screen because some of them are locked if they have pre-reqs and that can be confusing for some of our employees.
Cutting Edge LMS
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Docebo is the ability to crowdsource content through its Coach & Share module. By having learners assist in content curation by adding "assets" they find useful to others, and allowing their peers to rank the content, it not only eases the content creation bottleneck caused by having a small or one-person L&D operation, it also creates greater engagement from and an overall better experience for the learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tighter integration with Microsoft Teams would be handy, as would an integration with SharePoint to avoid needing to download content from the corporate SP server to a workstation before uploading to Docebo. Also, a better way to test and validate notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with any LMS, Docebo is helping learners be more accountable for their personal growth, as well as level-set the learners with common content.
