Easy to use platform with sleek design

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I appreciate how intuitive the design is. We’ve been using the platform for both staff training and for external audiences for almost four years now. Docebo is very open to receiving feedback from customers and the platform has continued to evolve to meet customer needs. We also really like the flexibility of the monthly vs annual active user count model.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if all the functionality of the desktop version was also available on mobile (e.g discussion forums and web conferencing.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reach a wider audience for our public education programs and have streamlined our HR onboarding process.

Great platform for online training.

What do you like best about the product?
As we execute all of our setup and configuration activities, the implementation process was effective and highly successful. Docebo is investing heavily in its product innovation. They listen and understand where the product is missing. They listen to managers. They are also free from risks and have a very real and inspiring long-term vision of how to develop and deliver online education.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often, outside our weekly schedules, it is hard to reach the Customer Service Manager. The successes of your customers and support teams seem overused, leading to slow response times and a lack of ticket and support communication. Nevertheless, certain elements of the user interface of platforms seem delayed. The platform is extremely deficient in massive actions and duplication, leading to tedious operations for the administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offer students the possibility of using a modern learning platform. Docebo allowed us for our students, whom we train from one platform, to create unique experiences. To order to automate many of the manual processes we had to do before Docebo, we have combined our platsform with a range of applications from other companies. Furthermore, its capacity to organize content and the personalization of its instruments allowed us to establish a solid program of certification for all audiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Benefit from Docebo 's version and tools, including its academy and knowledge base. Nothing has been seen by our organization that we at Docebo could not realize. Our requirements and exceptions still have to be modified, but the platform is incredibly regenerative and its open API makes integration with a variety of suppliers very simple for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual set up is easy to use and entices learners to get in and take courses! It allows for collaboration and social learning. There are many levels of users, allowing others to be empowered to participate more in teaching and learning!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. They are really good about incorporating end user feedback to continuously improve the LMS.

Best e-learning platform on the market

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has proven to be the perfect platform for our needs, allowing us to connect all the provincial committees of our association and make training content accessible that was previously difficult to distribute. The committees use the platform to train referees, judges, managers, and coaches of the affiliated sports clubs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything we didn't like. To make the most of the platform, we just need to understand how to manage users and qualification certificates through the APIs in order to connect it to our software. The only small drawback is for webinars, as there is no integrated system, but you have to turn to other platforms which, however, can be integrated without major issues: having an integrated system would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have drastically reduced the courses conducted on-site and therefore the costs borne by grassroots sports clubs. The courses are mainly conducted in three areas: training of national managers, training of instructors in all sports disciplines, particularly for updating qualifications, and instructors and coaches of soccer, volleyball, and basketball with the possibility of attending the courses at the most convenient time, avoiding travel. The ability to manage quizzes very easily allows us to also conduct tests and qualification exams for some certifications directly from Docebo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A truly simple and intuitive platform suitable for both inexperienced users and professionals. The scalability of the platform and the modular organization, which can be activated or not, allows for perfect customization of Docebo. The platform is also perfect for complex organizations like ours, where we need to connect but at the same time make 139 territorial committees across Italy autonomous in managing courses. Additionally, the ability to manage quizzes and tests to assess learning, as well as gamification, which we have not yet activated but are certain will be an incentive for managers, committee operators, and coaches to engage in continuous training in the medium term.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to Docebo and vision is extremely powerful. This blends its immense strength and abilities with an intuitive, hard-to-do learner experience. We want to be a good customer manager, asking for input, monitoring tickets and meeting every month. The chat support is unbelievable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long installation and deployment, but useful for customizing the system. There was an strategic consultant who helped us and she was amazing. Any minor details we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The planning is now possible. Where and wherever our students need it, we can accommodate our content. Trainers don't have to train regularly and can even help users who are not able to participate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good application, but it requires a lot of setup. The dynamics, creativity and customer feedback drive it and its promising future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love usability. The program is suitable for preparation for everyone. I like the view of end-users as well as e-learning for all of my students. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that is not available during the orientation preparation is a preparation checklist or a test of competence (compensation test). I would very much like to see this feature introduced for all users, because it is a common practice in training and development, not just as a standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that without thinking about the exercise, many people participate (and just click on the workout without assimilating the content). This helps us to understand that even in the most boring topics, we need to adjuse the way we learn. It is one advantage that we have recognized the need to adapt and are improving our use of immersive micro-learning videos and ensuring that students can maintain quality learning content longer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the implementation of this platform, it is innovative and easy to use, it offers good benefits for teachers and students.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo provides the consumer with a very robust and easy-to-use interface. Specially through Docebo innovation in the field of L&D and intensive social education, training can be made very user friendly for students across other platforms. In its capabilities and vision it is extremely powerful. This can combine its immense strength and skill with an intuitive learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something I don't like about this platform. since I implemented it it has worked very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will follow the course and provide students with a means of learning proactively. We will accommodate our content where and when it is appropriate for our students. This platform contributes to better teacher-student interaction and communication.

It needs a lot of setup and is a strong machine. Your future should be optimistic and worthwhile based on industry dynamics, creativity and customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Docebo is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have access to a phone number to call and speak to a help desk rep. instead of having to put in a help desk request and wait for an email response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had problems in the past, and have worked through them. Set up or course issues. Nothing terrible.

I have learned much from using this system, and am learning more all the time. My department was ahead of the curve by being online when COVID hit which made us stay alive during this time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Docebo! The scope of what the software can help me build into my LMS is amazing. I am able to have multiple levels of Users within a company allowing Managers to view and dictate course plans for their departments easily. I am able to set up courses; with multiple session times/dates. There is wonderful reporting options. I can email notifications directly from the system. My e-commerce system is set up, easily from within the Catalogs. I have many language options. My brand / colors / logo are all incorporated on to the site making it not look like a re-direct. I am able to test and issue certificates from the platform. Each User has their own User Profile where they can manage their own learning plan and records. There are options for Groups and Branches for different landing pages and menus for different experiences. I could go on and on. I am pleased with our Docebo!

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo abilities and vision are extremely powerful. It can balance its tremendous strength and skill together with an intuitive learner experience which is hard to do. We love how we are a good customer manager who asks for feedback, tracks help tickets and meets monthly. The support for the chat is also incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long installation and deployment but valuable for the system customization. There was an implementation consultant who was there to support us on the way and she was great. We don't like some little specifics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The preparation can now be pursued. We can accommodate our content wherever and whenever it is required for our students. As trainers need not train multiple times and can also continue to benefit users who can not attend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a strong program, but a lot of configuration is needed. It worth it and its promising future is driven by industry dynamics, creativity and customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process with the Docebo Customer Success team has been efficient and very productive as we drive forward with all of our configuration and set up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of our Customer Success Manager outside of our weekly scheduled calls.

Provide employees with a modern learning platform that can be used for product, systems, and development training. Giving our people leaders the ability to see the progress of their teams.
