Power User Profile Enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive learner and admin experience of Docebo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the gap between Super Admin permissions and capabilities and the existing Power User profile capabilities diminished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing multiple roles internal and external to my organization perform LMS functions without the need for the Super Admin role.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new customer we are still learning the logistical pros and cons of the platform... but working with the Docebo team during the sales process, implementation and at their user conference, I already appreciate their customer success organization and their innovative vision for the future of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far are only “struggles” have been with data migration and integrations. Although this comes with most platform implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for a multi-channel user base ... with three major audiences- external customers, external partners and internal global employees. Having separate experiences for each audience for not only product knowledge but enablement, employee onboarding, managing classroom training, certification programs, etc.

Docebo is a must have!

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a one-stop-shop. It is easy to use and can be used across multiple departments from HR to IT to Sales Enablement to Product Training and more. Self-implementation took about 3 weeks and then it was up and running ready for customers and internals to start accessing the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo is constantly looking to improve. Their reporting and notifications are a little behind the game, but with their API integrations you can create more customized aspects using their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from a completely manual, in-person product training team to being 100% online. We joined Docebo well before the pandemic, but are extremely thankful for the platform now that we have to be completely virtual. It has allowed us to automate enrollment, announcements, course content, certifications, and made it so we have multiple departments under one single umbrella.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo's CSM and Support team are awesome. They are always there to answer questions and put the customer first.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Docebo's user experience. The UI is crisp, clean and easy to both design and navigate. Keep working to make the admin/creation experience easier for administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo's biggest struggle is with their customer support/service. Their insistence of pushing everything to the KB and actively working to not get on the phone is very frustrating. Many times I feel that customers know more about the product than Docebo employees. This is a huge issue. I would also like to see Docebo be more active in providing guidance in both design and suggestions in helping clients find a solution. Most of the time, the response is "the product does A, B or C. Instead I would like to hear. We've seen some clients do A which resulted in X but we've also seen others try B which resulted in Y.
During the conference I would have liked to see more focus on gathering customer feedback. Most conferences offer session feedback options. There were none. It would also make sense to have sessions focused on using certain features of Docebo and having working sessions. I would see Report creation, channel usage, mobile design, page development, etc. being great sessions. Most session and content provided at the conference were high level, surface oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onboarding, sales enablement, professional development & up skilling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The implementation is lite on solution design guidance and focused on product functionality. If you don't know what you want, Docebo isn't really going to help you figure that out. If you require hands on support, this is not their strong point. I have talked to multiple other customers like myself who have really struggled to get the support they need.

Very powerful systems and always innovating

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is extremely powerful in its capabilities and vision. It is able to blend it’s immense power and capability with an intuitive learner experience (which we realize is very difficult to do). We love how we a customer success manager to go to for questions, to follow up on support tickets for us, and to meet with monthly. The chat support is also AMAZING.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long setup and implementation process, but was worth it for the customization available in the system. An implementation specialist was there to help us along the way and she was awesome! There are a few minor details that don’t work how we’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track training and provide employees with a way to be proactive in their learning experiences. We are able to house our content in a place that is available to our learner where and when they need it. We are enabling our sales team to attend product training and watch it online after the fact. This is improving efficiency as trainers don’t need to train multiple times and also allowing users who can’t attend to still benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful system, but requires a lot of setup. It is well worth it and their future looks bright! They are driven by market trends, innovation, and customer feedback. We just launched a couple months ago and are looking forward to utilizing the rest of its capabilities in the coming months.

Intuitive Interface

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic. Easy to navigate for both administrators and end users. Love that it has SSO, integrates with Zoom and LinkedIn Learning, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had the ability as administrators to see what the learner sees but I understand this feature is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Streamlined our training
- Tracks usage and overall ROL for our stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a fantastic LMS with seamless integration and able to meet most of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin functions are not intuitive and the mobile learning isn't where we need it to be...yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to meet both our internal and external training needs.

the flexibility and overall design of the platform are very user friendly and easy to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
there are certain admin things that have made our lives challenging. Namely the inability to register for multiple sessions of the same event and the restrictions with notifications & reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making a lot of our internal groups more visible and structured through pages, catalogs, and channels. We have seen a benefit by unlocking external content integration with LinkedIn Learning
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested in user experience i would highly recommend Docebo. Content creation is also extremely easy however, you do lose some admin capabilities and some of the shortcomings can be frustrating. We went with Docebo because we agree with their vision and believe that eventually the other capabilities will come around and everything will work

Great LMS for a variety of learning types

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my company selected Docebo because of the intuitive interface. We are new to having an LMS and it has been a great place to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few specific things that we would like to see added. For example, in eCommerce an early bird pricing option would be great. The reports are good but have room for improvement. The notifications are a bit limited but that area is improving soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us create a central location for all training/ learning across the globe. It has helped us have one tool to use for multiple languages and currencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend attending the Docebo Inspire user conference. It has been the best place to chat with others that have succeeded with the tool.
