An evolving company and platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has been a great partner over the last year since we implemented the product. Although there have been many challenges and difficulties in us adapting to their system, the entire team has been very responsive and eager to help us achieve success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel “clunky”. While visually it looks great, there are aspects as an admin that can be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to customize the training experience for both our internal and external customers using their multi domain functionality.
Docebo is inspiring
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very easy to customize and rollout. My experience with the system is limited to only four months but as we all know resources are always limited and the painless creation was refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small to mid-sized companies there is no option between 300 and 500 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a rapidly growing company and need an LMS which can keep up with our growth. Docebo is doing that for us.
Docebo LMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
At Thomson Reuters we use Docebo for both our internal and external LMS platform. It is very user friendly and all capabilities we use you are perfect for our organization needs..
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike but we would like to enhance our experience around AI and salesforce integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migration on this LMS platform. Bulk upload and other easy migration tools helps us to migrate our customers to our Learning platform

get off the fence and embrace technology
Docebo is user-friendly for both admins and users
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with GoToMeeting & GoToWebinar is great and gives instructors automated attendance reporting. Also, the ability to add CSS and HTML code has allowed us to build interactive and custom pages for each audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lacking in both basics and advanced information. Some admin pages don't have search or sorting functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering training to a larger audience. We have seen exponential growth in user and trainer interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play in the sandbox and test out CSS and HTML coding. You will find new ways to customize your pages this way.
A LMS Provider That Wants to Grow With You
What do you like best about the product?
I've been consistently impressed by Docebo's drive to innovate and grow, providing new and exciting opportunities for both Admins and Learners in the platform. The Docebo Inspire conference is unlike any other LMS experience I've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, certain features that I've come to expect in an LMS have been unavailable (or not yet available).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated a number of our processes around course and class enrollment for new hires. Our Orientation program has been improved drastically with the ability to design and sequence Learning Plans and target them to specific users.
Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very user friendly. It provides a great experience. The are always on the path to innovate and improve. They usually show their roadmap and it is exactly what we are looking for. They are more of a partnership than a buyer/seller approach. Their conference is fun and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branching is a little limited to how we might like to segment employees, but it works for the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees and dealers have a user friendly solution for training. It is miles above our previous solution, so users that have been in both systems are happy to use it.
Great for any size company
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of use of Docebo. The platform is great for anyone to be able to create training. Even our least tech-y employees are able to navigate the system and use it without headaches. We also love the end-user view, and have been able to implement e-learning/e-training for all our employees (and we are mostly remote employees, so that was important!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing missing for us is a training checklist or a competency tool (comp tool) to use during a person's orientation training. We would love to see this feature implemented for all users because that is not only a healthcare industry standard, but a pretty common practice in training & development. We've heard the same thing from multiple other companies that use Docebo. We currently have to use a paper process (which is hard with remote employees) and would love to be able to use Docebo to take this electronic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized that a lot of individuals are mindlessly participating in training (and just clicking through training without taking in the content). This has allowed us to realize that we need to adjust how we are training, even on the most boring of subjects. This is a benefit that we have been able to identify the need to adjust, and we are improving our use of micro-learning, interactive videos, and making sure we are providing quality learning content that employees will retain for longer.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to engage our members who are global in engaging content while also allowing them to provide their own learning plans
What do you dislike about the product?
When we do our technical support, we are limited in the views of how individuals are experiencing their issues. I am not able to confirm if they are using which internet browser.

Simplicity in set up. Low maintenance. Integration options

Reporting can be improved. Backend navigation leaves a lot to be desired.

Training thousands of our customers and partners effectively and efficiently.
