Does a lot well, does some things not well

What do you like best about the product?
- The intuitive user interface, and clean design
- The mobile application
- The ease of building course work
What do you dislike about the product?
- The mount of bugs that we work through regularly.
- I don't like the back button changes depending on the page you're on
- The enrollment system. I'd rather just give people access to a class or not, rather than also having to manage their enrollments.
- Managing visibility via menus instead of pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with distributors to make running their business more efficiently, and in doing so, share in success with them. We have sales training, but mainly focus on service training so individuals know what they are doing when they work on our product.

What do you like best about the product?
the whole navigation and course flow is great
What do you dislike about the product?
no "back" button, makes administration uncomfortable.
Would like to have proper phone support, will make things easier, solve problems quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API integration with CloudShare, SFDC.
The support team is really good so as Customer Success. very engaging, fully connected. Always make sure we are good with the product; usability, faults, and up and running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support, implementation, team, ease of use are just a few of the great advantages of Docebo.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a customer rep who we can turn to for help is good, because it's needed. The ability to ask for help via email or online messaging is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that product is built for classroom training. We teach the same class in many countries at a different price in different languages. The language and price is set a the course level rather than the session level so we have to use CSS to get around having the language and price display at the course level. Docebo's solution this is to make each country it's own course. This would be a nightmare to track and it makes the admin process very difficult.

For internal learner, Docebo assumes that recertification means that the learner retakes the same class. In reality, keeping certifications up to date typically include more training or proving that they have kept their skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track certifications of employees so that we do not send people with insufficient certifications to a customer site.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful capabilities combined with a great UI and easy of implementation. Integrations are robust and The API is flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
The on-boarding process is a little ridged. This caused some delays in implementation and frustration on my team.

What do you like best about the product?
offering elearning training, globally, to all our sales reps and now broadening to other roles
What do you dislike about the product?
the rewards function doesnt reduce coins for admin to see, only the user can see. A challenge when redeeming coins. But love the Rewards shop concept

We are solving the training time gap now that we are growing globally by offering elearning 24/7
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This elearning platform has be extremely beneficial in training our inhouse sales reps. Very efficient tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system allows you to manage reports and monitor users' progress with their learning courses. Also, the system has a comprehensive key functionalities which enables the organisation to effectively communicate the training materials across users, particularly in our industry, where training is vital to the disability and aged care sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of page customisation, there are limited areas for developing pages. Our company utilises IT assistance to develop pages that reflect the style and design that we want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SCORM or particular training material file types take a long time to get uploaded in the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is a very comprehensive system that allows you to monitor and design different functionalities such as user access, learning plans/objects, reports and sharing content across stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo’s platform provides a flexible experience for companies that have unique needs for an LMS tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some obvious opportunities with missing features, i.e. the inability to copy/duplicate pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scaling customer education with Docebo, and we’ve been able to educate large numbers of customers remotely already using the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very easy to use and learn. It is very easy to customize pages and display material in a fun creative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk could be more useful. Sometimes it takes them forever to get back to you on issues you are having and it takes a long time for bugs in the system to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to find a way to disperse training nation wide to many employees. We have realized that more employees are taking training courses than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is great and is very easy to use. They are constantly updating the platform and adding many new additional features. The mobile app is useful and they are constantly updating the mobile app as well.
