Phenomenal Knowledge Base - So easy to find information and how-to data!
What do you like best about the product?
The Docebo Knowledge Base is hands-down the best I've ever seen, supporting an LMS. When the product rolls, there's zero lag between the product functionality, and the knowledge-base. This made it possible for us to train our top-level administrators within a matter of weeks, instead of months. The ability to rapidly find answers for yourself, will result in YOU being in control of the data flow. You're only limited by your imagination on how to use the Docebo solution.
EDIT: I've now used the solution for 2 years. Docebo just gets better and better. They have changed their development model to be more "agile" and deliver major functionality about every 6 weeks. Improvements feel like they're constantly coming into the system, making things more intuitive, easier to use, and delivering world-class functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo's Cloud-based solution means that all changes that you're "hoping for" have to be carefully vetted against all their current clients. This is fantastic, in that we have very little disruption to our solutions, but often means the solution we're looking for has to "wait" until enough customers also want it!
I wish there was a simple button on the staging area that you could click that would show you upcoming changes. Instead the admin menu says, "New" and you have to basically go dig into the menus to figure out what changed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Docebo to enhance our Instructor Led Training with Blended-Learning approaches. Now, instead of a facilitator doing all the teaching, instructors can direct learners to E-Learning modules within the solution, and courses. Our Learners LOVE being able to come back for the data, time and again, after the course is completed. It's stored in one simple location for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review the Knowledge-Base. It's one of the most incredible "little known" functionalities. You'll be up and running in NO TIME!
Many great functions, continuous updates and decent communication
What do you like best about the product?
1. The platform offers many functions: gamification, automatic groups, enrollment rules, wide variety of notifications and more
2. When needed, they bring experts to discuss certain topics and future updates
3. For very basic level questions, their support is pretty good, they respond fast
4. Being able to create custom pages using widgets, HTML and CSS
5. Easy integration with Google Analytics
6. Sometimes they ask us for our feedback regarding a certain functionality - it is appreciated (but in the end I'm not sure how much of impact it has)
7. It's easy to control partial admin rights for other users (Power Users)
8. In general, very flexible platform - without skills, you can make your LMS look very professional
9. Over the years, communication greatly improved. Docebo Community and montlhy release updates are fantastic
10. Updates are now more regular and communicated better which is a big plus
11. When you find your way around the platform, there are many things possible with workarounds. It's not ideal but the amount of things you can figure out is fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Very hard to push any ideas. Everything has to go through the Ideas Portal which is discouraging.
2. Some delays with certain update releases.
3. Their support isn't great when it comes to harder questions or when there are bugs. Sometimes they claim something works as intended only to admit later that it's not and it's a bug.
4. Many updates seem meaningless. There are functions that haven't been updated in years (some even in 5 years!).
5. You can often notice that some options were updated in one part of the platform only, whereas it's lacking in the other part (e.g. enrollment to Course vs. enrollment to Learning Plan).
6. No reports for the standard mobile app.
7. Branded Mobile App is way too expensive for little functions it offers.
8.. When creating custom pages, some widgets are missing (e.g. my team, gamification, more statistics from my profile).
9. Creating tests and surveys is good not ideal - some basic options are still missing and no changes are being implemented.
10. Our Customer Success Manager changed 5 or 6 times in total. 4 - 5 changes were just last year...
11. Connected to point 3 and 10 - they seem to have a big employee rotation. All new employees just don't know as much about their platform and very often I find myself knowing more than them in some cases.
12. To be fair, there's a lot of focus on functions that you need to pay additionally for

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the APIs, we're able to take creating course reports to the next level. Gamification helps us keep our employees motivated. Additionally, being able to customize the look and feel of the platform. Thanks to the Extended Enterprise, we can create multiple platforms easily.
Docebo: a new way to learn
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that i appreciate most is the ease of use but at the same time the wide variety of functions and wide possibilities that the platform allows. I really appreciate the concept of LMS that allows users to take advantage of the training, in different forms, at any time and in different places. More over is important the the consolidated structure of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing we're not liking, but during the second part of on boarding, implementation call, we had some difficulties in optimizing the training. I know that our process and our organization is complex so I think it's normal to have these little difficulties and then put in more than expected.
Moreover, I believe that a great point of improvement of the platform is the "perform" offer, which at the moment does not allow to export customized reports.
Moreover, I believe that a great point of improvement of the platform is the "perform" offer, which at the moment does not allow to export customized reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization did not have an LMS system so for us it was a "green lawn" start. For us the main requirements were:
-creating an LMS platform with which to manage the training, in the broadest sense
-Managing the skills model
-creating an LMS platform with which to manage the training, in the broadest sense
-Managing the skills model
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The presentation of the platform's own training pathways was explained to us in great detail and seemed highly structured. The platform has a lot of features, so I recommend that you consult on the training period.
I also recommend starting with a small step implementation (if you don't have previous experience with LMS), for example starting with a pilot to define the key processes and "freeze" them.

Straightforward Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The site has a clean look and easy to understand layout that allows for ease of use and ability to access the files that you need instantly. I used to Docebo to for learning and development compliance materials required by my company and industry. I also used Docebo to understand and choose HR benefits such as my 401k options and medical, dental, vision, and insurance benefits. Overall, the software was useful and appropriate for accomplishing the tasks that it promised to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues logging in after my work email changed (name changed so my email changed) but other than that I was happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning & Development for mandatory compliance documents and passing along HR information for 401K and benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I liked the software and thought it was app but be sure to contact a Docebo representative in case of login issues such as the problems I had.

Docebo is top of the industry platform offering a learning portal for companies and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price they are offering is just for companies. They don't focus on small entrepreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating a learning solution in a cloud based solution with top the market technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think they are clear on their market, but it will be good to offer a solution for small entrepreneurs.
Docebo LMS

What do you dislike about the product?
Inmediately afetr i send my interest in docebo for email, they begin to attack my mailbox with a large amount of mails. That was not good. Another bad thing was the Price for que quantity of students availables in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a very open mind Learning Management System, and we try to use it for our Lerarning Projec, but, due to they icredible capacity of cutomize for small and larges projects.
Docebo & Learning Management for Nutrition Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access on the back end (ie the Superadmin Dashboard) it makes customer service easy because everything is right there when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the bugs that come with updates. They affect the end user which increases helpdesk volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer issues dealing with account registration, verification, and course enrollment. The benefits I have realized over time would have to be the Superadmins ability to delete and reissue certificates when users need to make changes after the account has been created. I also have found several alternative navigation features that make the customer's experience more convenient.
Great Product and Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how cheap the product is, yet how well it works as well. I have used other products in the past who claim to do the same thing but are more expensive and not as robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process to get this product set up in our environment was very changeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
needed to find a solution that can help us with elearning and onboarding process with new employees
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it
Full featured LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a full-featured LMS that meets the needs of multiple departments, trainers, and students. It has a great modern look and feel and there is never a sense that something is missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For trainers and staff, it is sometimes confusing and difficult to navigate, This is not an issue for students thuugh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has many concerns for an LMS, which all seem to be solved with Docebo: Our HR department has internal training that all employees must access, Our Marketing team has a need for customers to have their own branded (multi-tennant) sites for their students, and our training team provides certification classes, both live trainer and eLearning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a full-featured LMS with a modern interface this is a great product. It's a bit more expensive than some other LMS', but for the funtionality needed, worth it. The low end is OK but for a growing organization, particularly one still figuring out their needs, pick one like this.
Docebo is excellent
