What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has a clean, modern interface that’s easy for both admins and learners to navigate. I especially like how simple it is to organize courses and track learner progress. The platform offers strong automation features, so assigning training or setting up learning paths doesn’t feel overwhelming. The reporting tools are also helpful for checking engagement and spotting where learners might need more support. The commitment to innovation, with new features rolling out consistently, makes it a future-proof investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main critique revolves around feature parity and pricing. Some of the most valuable functionalities, such as advanced analytics or specific automation capabilities, are often tiered or require expensive add-ons. This can make the total cost of ownership quite high compared to some competitors, and it feels like certain core administrative functions (like advanced Instructor-Led Training/ILT session management or nuanced reporting for collaborative tools) could be more streamlined without needing custom CSS workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is solving our primary challenge of scaling global, multi-audience training programs efficiently. We previously struggled with disorganized, disparate training systems that couldn't handle the volume or the varied needs of internal employees versus external partners.
Now, Docebo centralizes all learning activities. Its automation features handle course assignment, re-certification reminders, and progress tracking, drastically reducing administrative overhead and ensuring compliance requirements are met on time. The clear reporting dashboards allow us to move beyond completion rates to measure the actual effectiveness and business impact of our training initiatives. This has transformed our L&D team from a reactive administrative function into a proactive, data-driven engine for organizational growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform lets us create learning experiences that feel personalized for different types of users, so training feels useful instead of just another chore. It has all the important tools we need and can be customized a lot, from making our own pages to adding different widgets. The support team is helpful and always willing to adjust things to fit our needs. We compared many LMS options, but we chose this one because it is flexible, easy to use, and full of features and even after a year, we still feel we made the right choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Docebo is a big platform and we are a smaller customer, it is hard to get direct guidance from their product experts, and support tickets are not always enough for bigger projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us bring all our learning and exam related training into one place, which removes the confusion of using multiple tools. It lets us create different learning paths for students, teachers, and exam staff so everyone gets exactly what they need. The reporting tools make it easy to track who is ready for exams and where support is needed. Overall, it has saved us a lot of manual work and made our exam and coaching operations run much smoother.
Powerful Features with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love Docebo's auto tagging feature, as it systematically tags learning content, enhances organization and searchability, saves time, and boosts learner efficiency significantly. The gamification feature is another aspect I truly appreciate since it makes the learning process more engaging and interactive, motivating users to participate more actively. Additionally, Docebo's learning plans are incredibly beneficial as they present users' progress clearly and effectively, making it easy to track their development and understand what still needs to be completed. I find the ease of use of these features to be outstanding, contributing to an overall positive experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am dissatisfied with the certificate templates in Docebo. They are poorly designed and do not meet my requirements. Additionally, the level of customization is very limited, which hinders our ability to provide a personal touch in the certification process. Also, the initial setup of Docebo proved challenging. We found it difficult enough that we had to hire external help to get it set up, indicating a need for a more user-friendly setup process or better onboarding support.

I use Docebo's auto-tagging to organize learning content, enhancing searchability and efficiency. It transforms employee upskilling and multiplies efforts. Learning plans help track user progress effectively.

I find Docebo to be extremely valuable for streamlining both onboarding and ongoing training for new and experienced employees alike. What impresses me most is how it allows the creation of comprehensive company courses that employees can access whenever it suits them, which greatly cuts down on the expenses and time typically spent on hiring outside trainers. I also appreciate the way it fosters communication and collaboration among staff through feeds and posts, making it easy to share information, address areas for improvement, and keep company operations running smoothly. The performance tracking feature stands out as well, as it enables effective monitoring of employee progress and supports making well-informed recommendations for additional training to further enhance skills and productivity. The dashboard offers a clear, user-friendly overview, making it simple to access up-to-date information. Docebo’s customizable options mean that solutions can be tailored to fit a company’s unique requirements, setting it apart from more generic tools. I also value the platform’s support for remote access to training materials, which adds flexibility and efficiency to both learning and daily operations.

Setting up Docebo for the first time can be rather complicated, as it requires going through several stages like booking, participating in meetings, and completing detailed training sessions. While this process may feel overwhelming at the start, there is expert support available to assist throughout.

I rely on Docebo to reduce training expenses, boost employee skills, support effective communication, and increase productivity by providing accessible online courses and tools for tracking performance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the ability to design personalized learning experiences tailored to our various personas. This approach transforms learning into a meaningful journey, rather than just a task we are required to complete.

Many of the steps are cumbersome and take a considerable amount of time, which makes implementation more difficult.

We use this tool to track all internal employees for both compliance and professional development, as well as to monitor external customer compliance training and support their professional growth within the industry.
Easy to Implement with Excellent Support, Though sometimes it's a bit slow

This platform isn't very well known in Italy, and I have noticed that it can be a bit slow at times.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Docebo for its simplicity and ease of use; it makes managing learning pages, plans, and courses a seamless experience. The initial setup of Docebo was a breeze, which was straightforward and didn’t consume much of my time. This ease extends throughout the platform, allowing me to focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Unlike other learning management systems, Docebo equips me with the tools to design creative pages, courses, and learning plans effectively. The design pages feature has been particularly useful, aiding me in crafting well-planned and structured learning trajectories. These aspects enhance my productivity and reinforce my decision to continue using Docebo, making it a system I would definitely buy again. Ultimately, these features contribute greatly to my satisfaction and I would likely recommend Docebo with a high score of nine out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification system in Docebo quite challenging. While it is flexible and customizable, it remains hard to use efficiently. When I receive a higher volume of notifications, keeping track of each one becomes difficult. This makes the whole notification experience somewhat frustrating for me.

Powerful, Flexible Platform with Robust Features and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very powerful and flexible learning experience platform. It makes it possible to customize your platform for a variety of use cases and business needs. Due to some mergers over the past few years, Docebo has proven flexible enough for us to make substantial changes to our architecture and system setup on our own without the need to engage consultants or professional services. Docebo has also added several new features like AI enhancements and a content creation tool which makes it a must more robust solution. In addition to this, Docebo has a wide array of integration and automation options like Docebo Connect which can simplify a variety of admin tasks. Docebo's onboarding for new clients and new upgrades (like Docebo Connect) is very well thought out and Ive been impressed with each of their team members Ive worked with over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concerns I have about Docebo are things they are aware of and already working on. There are some legacy portions of the platform that still use the old interface. While these function well, they need to be aligned with the new direction of the platform. Docebo is already working on these areas and address these with regular updates on their roadmap.

Docebo is a key part of our onboarding and ongoing skill development programs. It also is the hub for our management development programs.
