Most of the product is easy to understand but it's a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kibo is an e-commerce platform that sells products directly to B2B. Kibo helps properly process orders and refund the billing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this digital commerce platform for being an excellent cloud-based solution which provides companies with tools that make it easy to manage the orders of any sales and marketing campaigns in this wonderful centralized platform, it is composable for retailers, manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers who want to simplify the complexity of their business safely and efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform makes the work of e-commerce retailers much easier and in a better way and they can thus create a personalized experience for their brand. There is nothing I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is a solution created specifically to simplify the management of catalogs of the most complex products, as well as the search, orders and pricing in order to have better customer management through different channels that provide instant extensibility and usability. , providing a tool to manage sales orders and marketing campaigns in a centralized platform

What do you like best about the product?
Kibo eCommerce is an excellent tool for managing orders, validating vendors and engaging suppliers to identify avenues to optimize inventory control. It offers top-level customer service to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The elevated price and rigid integration deployment are two of the most significant drawbacks that deter the implementation of Kibo eCommerce at most institutions.

We use Kibo eCommerce as an order management tool to manage suppliers, perform audits, and conveniently manage inventory of a wide array of parts and materials sourced from many vendors.

It is quite simple to use. The sites look professional on mobile and desktop. Used by large corporation

Not as needed for a smaller company and store with not a lot a inventory/SKU

What do you like best about the product?
Kibo eCommerce platform is quite user-friendly and contains excellent features for proper order management. Inventory control, order sourcing, managing approval matrices, managing supplier qualification and ensuring appropriate documentation are some of the cool features of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the significant drawbacks of this program is its flexibility in managing custom integration. It is incredibly heavy-handed and rigid. It would be great to see some of these issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We routinely use Kibo eCommerce as an order management tool. It greatly helps in segregating purchase orders, assigning materials to product bins, manage inventory levels and engage with suppliers.

What do you like best about the product?
Kibo is very easy to use on the admin side when handling several sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depends on the software you're using and what you already have set up; not incredibly flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kibo is able to review and manage inventory for online businesses. Necessary data/framework for ecommerce businesses.
Reliable and fast
What do you like best about the product?
The many OOTB features are excellent. Numerous components in Kibo can be used straight out of the box without special coding. Additionally, you can add original code using the modifiability API. They have a well-thought-out plan for including additional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personalized Order attributes and Custom Customer attributes cannot determine if there is an actual discount. Updates to the Customer section require custom code, which increases complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our dealers with a platform to view and accept customer orders, Kibo operates effectively in a B2B2C environment. We love that someone out there monitors our sites constantly and handles all the technical hardware factors of hosting your own sites.
