Integrating it to existing websites was quick and easier.The tool supports integration with widely used oother platforms such as zendesk ,firebase managmeent out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing per agent per month is slightly higher comparing it with other available options.

It helps in easy user intraction and problem solving in real-time, which is helpful in customer supporting functionallity. The tool also supports audit trails giving easy access to trail of all events for the account. It eases the usage of remote interactions across wide range of paltforms such as android, Ios and windows etc.,
