What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to understand as compared to the other automation platforms out there. Has a wide array of options to choose from in terms to automation operations. Hardly had to look out for help guides in order to walk through my certification program. Was really a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can point out. Had a great experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me automate with just the UI and no-code approach, Katalon would be my go to tool going forward as a preferred choice.
I recommend Katalon to run automation testing. Because it is very easy to understand for beginners.

It's quite difficult, and there are many obstacles to running with iOS.

To run a regression is quite easy and very fast.

Easier to use, easy to trouble shoot. nice reporting extraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of browser unable to execute due katalon not show modal pop up. difficult to spy using mobile browser for difficult testcase.
memory cache of using katalon is low.

regression testing when we have 600 more test case that need to execute.

What do you like best about the product?
The environment itself. Katalon Platform is supported by a cloud environment, AI, and an easy-to-use user experience. So the QA team could easily implement automation system for their pipeline to guard the quality of the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems katalon should be separate the license: e.g. for API testing, for Mobile, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regression testing is sooooo effortful, so katalon could help with seamlessly!
A new dimension to simplifying test automation while maximising output
What do you like best about the product?
Throughout my experience with Katalon, the one thing that stood out to me was the low code nature of it where its record and capture feature made it simple to capture page objects without the need to specifically write xpaths or other web locators for it. The amount of time that is essentially saved by being able to capture page objects with a simple click followed by replicating a users actions through the record button and then convert that into a test case is remarkable. Katalon essentially enables you to focus on the bigger picture while reducing the efforts taken in setting up complex page classes and validating plus writing up page objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the benefits outweigh the negatives, if any, I would say a useful addition to Katalon Studio would be making the the Studio Assist AI provide suggestions to the code on its own instead of the user having to specifically highlight a section of the code and have it provide the output. Much like Amazons code whisperer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have primarily used Katalon for learning purposes while also exploring the possibility of its benefits in my project. But from my time using Katalon’s it’s greatly sped up the time taken in automating a web application without the tedious and time consuming of setting up a project structure, page class files, page objects and complicated methods.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for me - with limited knowledge about automation test - to start working as a automation tester with the help of Katalon. The record-and-playback is straightforward, allow me to quickly set up test cases. Also, I can find myself answers to unclear things in community forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the record-and-playback is easy to use, sometimes debugging can be challenging. Error messages are sometimes unclear, making it difficult to identify and fix issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Katalon TestOps provides central management hub for better team collaboration.

The main thing that even a non it proffiecient can also involve in testing,as there is no need of stong knowledge about coding .

Katalon Studio must me little more faster ,as it tkaes more time when openng the studio.

One of the Basic and Important thing as I noticed when using the katalon studios is it doesnt requires a strong coding language,and the record and run test in the katalon studios encourages all the non it and It users to involve in Automation Testing.

that it was very informative and easy to earn and the customer support was very friendly I could find many lectures that could help me through learning and it has an ease of implementation that could help me to achieve the best result and the frequency of use and also the ease of integration all of this helped me to get an easy journey to master katalon tool

the search field wasn't the best thing I could have it may need to be a little bit better

it helps to solve the problem of recording the scripts and it helped me to generate more effective test scripts

Report generation and Test management are the couple of things thar I have feel best

One tjhing that i dislike about katalon is for custom keyword creation you need a Knowledge similar to selenium
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite time saving, It make Testing very fast and easy.
It is a great tool to work on. We just have to perform action on UI Application and script is ready.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Git is one the feature i liked a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but i think script can include auto waiting capabilities.

It helps in automating the end-to-end scenarios.
