HubSpot is fairly easy to use, navigate, and is helping us grow.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to send leads sequences and campaigns out. Also, Hubspot is fairly easy to navigate. I also appreciate the help center. I go to them at least once a quarter with any questions or concerns. The response is great and my issue is fixed on the spot or within a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
How there are some limitations when using HubSpot. I had a particular issue with a very specific URL, but it wasn't a big deal. I am actually not a big fan of the reports. I feel they could be a little more intuitive. Sometimes is difficult to read. I feel it could be laid out in a different way. I also do not understand the filters at all on the reports. I can never find a recent list for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate HubSpot with other websites. Our website has improved after moving to Hubspot.
In Depth Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love the detailed analytics and the one stop shop for all things email and social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some features of scheduling social posts. Mainly missing features on Instagram regarding posting multiple photos at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to analysis what social and email content our clients prefer and can follow their pathing in depth from the website to a form submission.
Great Resource for Workload Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of connecting external sites and resources in one common place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity in creating drag and drop web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to achieve organizational goals by effectively managing all the marketing needs of our company.

Great all round marketing tool and responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes managing email automation, social posting, and SEO auditing easy. Their support is responsive, thorough and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of HubSpot is that there is no 'lead' object, which can have an impact on lead management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, lead management and conversion tracking.
A Solo Marketers Dream CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS is simple and easy to use. I have been skeptical of drag and drop systems as they usually lack functionality and the end result is poor for UX.
As a two person company my non-marketing partner was easily able to collaborate with me to build a full functioning website that is significantly better than all of our larger competitors.
The inbuilt SEO tools meant we could work to SEO best practices as we went and once we selected the right template we were able to complete a 25 page site in a week.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have two complaints:
1. It is not clear what the module (widgets) functionality could be. We chose a template and wasted weeks trying to make it fit for purpose before switching to another one that fulfilled our requires. Take away is to do your research on the available templates and be prepared to pay. They do not all have the same functionality.
2. In the header module for the template we chose we are not able to alter the size of the header, meaning on most screens, our content begins below the fold. This is undesirable for us.
Despite this, if I had to build a website again my first choice would be Hubspot CMS

Like all drag and drop CMS you save time and expertise. You don't need a coder or designer necessarily.
As a B2B company we benefit from its integration with the CRM, meaning we can look forward to an ABM approach in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are complex, like the privacy settings. But that has more to do with the complexity of the law than with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
'Marketing automation' says it all: you automate your online marketing.
Feature rich but not easy to get it right

Lots of different pre made elements with many settings that allow you to build the page you like, almost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings are hidden in many different menus. There are responsive behaviors of the elements, but these are hidden from these controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy editing of our web content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make carefully check the web site elements provide you in the onbording, especially the responsiveness across devices, computer, tablet and phone, as these most likely cannot be modified from the CMS.

Templates available are very similar, most of them have some limitation to customise.

Hubspot CMS allow me to create a website easily and quickly.
I can create tailor made templates following the material available in Hubspot Academy, in a few words everything can be done.
As a UI designer I can also create a System Design from template setup, to guide customers in further updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate and use the SEO website scan, emails, and social media scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't do keyword research. That would be helpful. I'd also like to be able to edit HTML in emails. I would also love to have a content calendar, keyword planning system, and other features that help with managing content outside emails and social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails and social posts. Learning what we can do to improve SEO.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of marketing leads through to closed sales, managing our website and all associated marketing content. We have just started using the Services module and it looks to be a fit with our customer support team.
