HubSpot provides a reliable CMS, which is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate back and forth from editing to your site, good staging tools, easy to handle modules, good looking design. The tools are always evolving for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our site is built on custom modules, which has good and bad sides. Some little details with margin or padding can be quite hard to "get it right" visually, but if it would be totally customized, it wouldn't be modular anymore? More a matter of choice, than a limit from the CMS system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using HubSpot CMS you get all the advantages from HubSpot marketing automation system, compared to using Wordpress or some other CMS. Seamless integration between website, automation, CRM, emails etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a really good CMS to support your marketing automation and sales efforts. When using HubSpot CMS you get all out of your CMS, your marketing (social, emails etc) and your sales.
My best advice for someone who is using HubSpot and some other CMS is: I would highly recommend changing to HubSpot CMS, if HubSpot is otherwise supporting your business goals.

Understanding where my customers are coming and what marketing collateral they prefer. Helps with nurturing and adding value.
Hubspot - the core of our organisation
What do you like best about the product?
As Marketing Manager, Hubspot CMS Hub is the centre of our organisation when it comes to the marketing and advertising function. I find it so easy and convenient; whether it is building and editing website pages, scheduling social media, building emails, or generating reports that are campaign specific. I have worked on many CMS alternatives and I can say with confidence that I am a huge fan of Hubspot and would highly recommend it to any organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few dislikes, in fact none. I find that whenever I struggle to find a specific function then I contact the Hubspot team and there is always a solution. Recently I required a means to build a form that would be dynamic in the sense where contacts would be removed when they are placed in a specific stage of the sales funnel, after contacting Hubspot support, our Account Manager had shown me how to work around this. I am confident in saying that whatever you need for your marketing requirements, Hubspot have this feature available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity to all aspects of the marketing function; website pages (forms, CTA links, SEO), emails, social media scheduling. It's all in one place and that is what makes Hubspot CMS Hub such an asset to our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the ease of operations I would suggest that you utilise all features of Hubspot CMS Hub, by doing this you will be able to have an integrated view on all marketing aspects, whether it is reporting data, managing the sales funnel, and general creative for use on website pages and social media.
Awesome experience and usabolity

I love the fact the you can easily create an awesome website page, without fuss and even without buying any custom themes.

I don't like the fact that I'm so limited in my module options

I managed to quickly and easily get a landing page up for my marketing funnel
Hubspot CMS brings lots of flexibility and options for your website and it's very easy to use it.

The flexible modules are the best in Hubspot CMS.

I like everything in CMS and I'm sure they will provide more features in coming days to make our work more flexible and efficient.

With Hubspot CMS it's easier to use same module and with different content in different pages and also if we need to make and global changes it's easier to do it as update in once place and it get's reflected in website.

hubspot is easy to learn and using it is pretty intuitive. creating new opportunities and tracking them is made easy, and overall it is visually easy to like this CRM

It seems to be lacking in the reporting capabilities, as some of the other CRM's that are more widely used

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is better than ever with recently released updates to the user experience in the CMS. The resources provided through HubSpot Academy as well as 1-1 training sessions will help you achieve long-term goals utilizing and understanding the tools as well as implementing the CTA's forms and landing pages that will quickly turn leads into customers.
The HubSpot CMS was the key to helping us scale both of our growing companies. It provided powerful content creation tools for marketers and flexibility for developers, along with the speed and security that IT managers need. Learning how the HubSpot CMS works through HubSpot Academy and how to implement themes, templates, and modules helped me redesign both of our websites after moving them over to HubSpot CMS and we are now receiving form submissions for service work, live leads that we can grow into customers and lasting relationships and a website that delight our customers.

Some modules are not able to be edited and there are certain limits to functionality within the tool.

Turning visitors into leads and completely revolutionizing our website to delight our customers and fully engage in Inbound Marketing. Our SEO has improved and in some cases, we are the top-ranked position. We have released two full-scale educational courses on our website using HubSpot, have migrated two of our companies to run fully from HubSpot, and have seen our company financially grow to the tune of several million dollars since adapting the Inbound Methodology.
Easy-to-use marketing platform with all of the bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS Hub has all of the tools I need from website builder to contact tracking across the site to custom dashboards. It's FULL of helpful tools and resources and syncs our sales, marketing and customer success teams. When we launched as a startup with no website and no software to organize our customers, it helped us start off on the right path.

There's so much you can do, which can be a little confusing. You don't always know if you're getting the most out of all of the features if you don't know about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for website creation, contact records, social media, blogging, funnel/pipeline tracking, reporting and dashboards and customer success workflows.

If you're looking for a solution that does it all and makes your life easier, choose HubSpot CMS Hub! Our organization is more in sync and works better because of this platform.
Easy to use if you have Wordpress experience-Great customer support

Intuitive interface. Customer support is outstanding, especially using Chat. You can get immediate solutions to problems.

Modifying templates has a learning curve

Rapid execution of website design and adding pages. Quicker turnaround and elimination of monthly service charges by the original website developer.
HubSpot as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot works very intuitively and their support is always one click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system does not recognize names or parts of them and you end up creating doubles.

Segmentation issues and automated communication with several different audiences.
