Nothing Comes Close to HubSpot when it comes to CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very useable straight out of the box and is unbelievably intuitive. No matter what you do you can't break it, I know I've tried often enough. The customer support is outstanding and there is literally nothing that you can't learn to do through the baked in HubSpot academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can sometimes be a little over complicated and cumbersome, a better integration with MS teams would also be very welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies across the board, the automation has increased effectiveness of all staff and the standardisation of processes has led to cost savings in excess of the fee we pay for the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support and product are truly outstanding, it really is rare for me to spend time to write a review for any product, the fact that I am doing it for HubSpot really is a testament to how good it is. It really is the backbone of our business now and one of the best purchasing decisions I have ever made.
Great system and a competitive price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that, even as a novice, you can jump straight into the complex parts of the system knowing that you can find your way home. The system is near to flawless and the integration with other online systems also helps it stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't anything i'd change about the system - it is near to perfect and navigation makes the process so much easier than other systems I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have integrated our systems and streamlined our database.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
We're an active Hubspot user - it fuels our website and is easy for novice users to populate and produce top level industry content - on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to bulk rename photos or have more flexibility in setting the order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The built in templates make building pages much easier than other plugins I've tried with other platforms.
A system that works and promotes productivity
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing professional, I like that everything you need is in one location. HubSpot continually updates its software to improve workflow and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no particular downsides I notice from the product - especially as HubSpot continues to take time to improve and build out its software to meet the needs of its customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us build a better a website and build out more robust content for our customers. The actionable insights tell us what is working and what content our audience loves.
Hubspot CMS is extremely powerful to create sites that get prospects to engage with your content
What do you like best about the product?
Native connection to Marketing & CRM. No Code template management (for adding/moving content areas within templates). Drag-n-Drop page design and WSIWYG content creation/editing. Seamless transition between webpages, landing pages and blog content. Full integration of Hubspot Marketing tools (CTAs, Forms, Campaigns, etc.). Everything I need to engage new prospects with just ONE login!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little! There is room to improve internal page organization by giving options to create a folder hierarchy that I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company sells digital commerce services and previously used WordPress for our website. After using Hubspot for our CRM for 2 years we added Hubspot Marketing and realized that everything would be SO much more efficient if we had our site on HubSpot as well. We migrated (which Hubspot actually did for us - and they did a pixel perfect job!) and the efficiencies were incredible - no more hopping between platforms. But more than that, you have access to all the Marketing engagement tools you need while your creating new pages or content - CTA's, Forms and even Smart rules that let you personalize content, Form & module behavior based on many different triggers such as current visitor (assuming they're known), location, etc. - you can create all these while still working in the CMS. Another huge benefit is the ability to easily modify page templates. When I say easily I mean you don't need to have any development skills to add new content areas to your template. Hubspot has created an excellent user interface for managing templates so no more waiting for the tech team to add a 1X4 grid to your homepage template!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HubSpot CMS together with HubSpot Marketing & CRM - it's a very powerful combination.
I've been using HubSpot for a couple of years now.
What do you like best about the product?
Usability. I make changes regularly as we refine the website - this includes adding and removing pages - and HS makes it easy to manage. There support is good as well with instant chats or call-backs there if/when I need. What do I like best? Probably the fact that I'm confident with HS I can find a solution (I never have to worry!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. When I get stuck I use their support and things get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Websites are all about conversion. Using the huge amount of external tools such as Google analytics, Tag Manager, SmartLook etc to gather the performance data I need, HubSport provides me with the flexibilty to make the changes required to improve performance. This flexbility is extremely important to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can manage all the high level stuff in house. I'd highly recommend having a HS partner who you can turn to for more technical support and bespoke changes to page layouts etc. My partner is Struto who have been great. I go to them for bug fixes, bespoke module/page designs and anything else that required an expert level of knowledge. Having them is an extremely important part of having all bases covered.
Easy to use and maintain
What do you like best about the product?
I like the modularity of creating websites using the modules that can be made. I like being able to create various modules in hubspot to make up the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to schedule updates to the site without having it taken down. This can be annoying when you want to schedule a sale promo on the site as you would have to update on at the time instead of it being updated at a set time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are hubspot as the main platform to provide the content on our websites. we use it for 11 sites currently. and track the deals made and contacts that are gained through the users using the site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps maintain sites and it allows you to carry out A/B test to help optimise the sites. The deals also help and can be used to track conversions. Great and useful tool to have.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with other features of Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tries to do lots of things but it is very complicated and it is not easy to integrate new designs.

Serving the company website.
One of the most user friendly CMS I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The Function of it having all marketing concepts in one platform. I can manage from website pages to landing pages, to creating A/B Tests to get better in our marketing strategies. Pair it together with the outstanding customer support that they provide in every problem you encounter inside their site. They give you suggestions and teach you new things so you can achieve and maximize the platform. They give you the flexibility to build up your audience and do your marketing, the best way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are sometimes hard to understand, but once you get used to it. It will show its usefulness to your business and marketing plans. Above that, there's nothing more to dislike. And it's really hard to dislike something that gives you ease and value in your day to day life. Also, there are some other facts that are not really that big of a deal but the limited themes and the flexibility of the design choices inside the CMS compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hassle of transferring to different platforms just to get things done. The main benefits for me would be us utilizing all of its content management, and doing SEO on the side. With HubSpot we are able to pull the marketing game to the next level unlocking our capabilities of reaching out to more people while improving our sales traction and website visits. I am very very satisfied with HubSpot and I'm looking forward to getting more things done.

With its current perfection, there's nothing more that I can say. Except that the creative options are less that its competitors.
A good way to market to a target audience
What do you like best about the product?
The way Hubspot has most of the marketing tools available at your fingertips is great. The way we use Hubspot does not fully use all of it's features. There are so many features available to use. I really like the dashboard when logging in. It allows us to see how pages are being utilized to each extent. It's a great took when you need to market to a specific group of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are not customizable, for example the slider popups. If we had more time to dig into all the features of Hubspot, I think we can get even more people to use the website. But as of now, there are too many features buried. Also, there is currently no way to use tools that rate your site, for example how a page is being ADA compliant or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to target specific groups of people. Hubspot has helped us to find which audience is looking at the site, and tailor the experience to their needs. We have three major target audiences that look at the site. We also run three separate sites off one Hubspot account. Each site targets a specific group of users. With Hubspot, we create profiles for each type of user that visits the site. From there we can collect important data from them.

It's a very powerful tool. There are many features that are available. Take time to look around.
