What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has many features that have proven to be valuable for us to maximize our exposure in the pet care space. The HubSpot Customer Success team works around the clock to answer our questions and provide insight into how to make the most out of these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The WYSIWYG editor in the blog platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized. Keeping track of activity and sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create global modules and use them across the different types of the pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The javascript limitation in the HubSpot forms is frustrating. In todays scenario where we need the forms to do lot of actions nd manipulations, it becomes tough to create a fully customised solution in forms. Creating a calculator was tough in the HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calculators with custom calculation for savings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good option for the quick turnaround on the website. Easy to connect domain and create website from a theme.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot uses HubL – a language developed by themselves. It means that developers or those coding in HubSpot have to learn a new coding language. It does not provide the same level of customization that PHP language does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised information with multiple display options.
User friendly website using the latest design techniques .

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool in HubSpot is having the help/messaging tool on the bottom right of the screen. I am able to directly message technicians from HubSpot who get back to me within one or two days with really helpful personalised responses. I also like the display and user friendliness of the website and page creator as well as the dashboard. I also like how HubSpot can connect to other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I control Z to undo, it undo's a lot more than I would like. And I am yet to find the redo button to fix this. I also find that the modules tend to take some time to load onto the page, and I will need to refresh the page after saving it to view some of the updated content. It is also difficult and time consuming to update a mass amount of pages. I have to click on each page and edit it separately. Lastly, as some modules are do not have what I'm looking for, I need to find ways to embed content into the website page. For example, it is difficult for me, someone will little website/coding experience to embed an audio clip as I cannot find an add audio clip option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create clear website content with pre-made modules to communicate clearly to potential customers. However some of the modules are limited (styling is limited in some modules). I am also able to track ad performance and SEM traction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very user friendly for those that don't have extensive IT knowledge.

Fixable SEO issues in one convenient place

What do you like best about the product?
I am directly able to fix issues with links to the corresponding pages. This eliminates the back and forth or searching for the right pages. The issues are described with low, medium, and high impact degrees, which helps you prioritize. Perfect for the SEO beginner wanting to expand their knowledge. The scan feature is great for tracking progress each time you work on different issues and solve them to report progress. I worked with an inbound consultant at times to discuss the impact of specific SEO issues to help determine if everything was worth fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No links to support articles from the problem descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues with website usability, keyword strategies, and revamping content across the site. The organization has been dramatically improved with the removal or consolidation of duplicate digital content. We have a better understanding of SEO and are able to create optimized content from the start now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CMS houses so many of your marketing and customer service needs in one convenient, easy to use place. Even if you don't know anything about marketing or SEO, the resources available and guided help make it easy to learn and start making an impact at your company. I have been able to track my progress, key metrics, and what's working for my client in one place, rather than using several tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly platform with many great capabilities, particularly when it comes to data tracking/reporting and recommendations for basic optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not quite as robust as some other CMS tools, I've used, but can't say I need all the features other tools have offered. It would be nice if I could customize code more easily instead of the current template system. Design manager could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to improve our blog hosting experience and receive analytics. We also use it to build landing pages and receive analytics on that performance. It is especially helpful to see which of our landing pages receive the most traffic, which has the highest conversion rate, what our top sources of traffic are.

What do you like best about the product?
The price. For everything you get with HubSpot CMS the price is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could test templates before you purchased them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HubSpot CMS for all of our landing pages. It has helped us free up engineering resources and has given full ownership of website pages to our marketing team.

A versatile web from HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation in the HubSpot hub. Can easily build web pages and blog content while managing my contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working custom content within templates can be clunky and limited. Expensive. Didn't realize I would be billed annually for my CRM on top of monthly for the CMS. Thought it was all included in the new monthly fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating content onto a singular platform. Easier to manage content strategy with fewer moving parts. Building a system that I will eventually be able to hand off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research to make sure it will accomplish your organizations goals. Is helpful having help setting up admin and migrating web sites.

It makes building a website (from a template) easy
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to build a website from a template it is very difficult to customize it to make it more personal. Lots of hoops and obstacles and band-aids to jerry rig a website together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a website, its nice to have it connected to the CRM but it's got a ways to go to be competitive with Wordpress.
